I really like the food and service is good. But the building is getting really old and in desperate need to be remodeled. Also the location is difficult to get in and out of due to road construction. ?
Always good food. Personally I always get the beef and cheddar and it never fails me. As for the customer service, I will have to say that the young woman who works the drive-thru has outstanding customer service skills. She was very helpful and patient with me with a 26 sandwich order. It's the little things in life. Thank you Arby's and thank you to your employees
Very friendly drive thru staff. Never a problem with my order or speed of service. Only complaint is the milkshake machine has been broke for literally months.
Food was hot, tasty, and just what I needed. Wish there was an Arby's closer to my house.
Every time I come here, the service is always friendly and the food is always fresh and tastes good! Even better, they've always been great about customizing my order exactly how I want it (EG: No sauce or extra sauce on sandwich, no tomatoes, etc.).
Weirdest Arbys ever. The outside made it looked permanently closed the staff was super friendly.But just have to note the food was dry and over priced. This is the first time in years being back to Arbys. Highly doubt I will again anytime soon.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered my food there was no cheddar cheese on my sandwich just meat and I asked for sauce and didn’t get anything! All around disappointment especially when you try to call them to let them know your order was wrong and the phone number doesn’t even work. Waste of my time and money
First time I went the location was closed due to construction totally understand that. I really wanted a Reuben sandwich so I went again. I was in the drive thru about 4 minutes to get to the mic to place my order. I ordered the Reuben sandwich that I really been waiting for with no Thousand Island dressing plus the hot honey wings with curly and crinkle fries. "Arby's had no meats." The fries were cold and to top it off my sandwich DIDN'T HAVE ANY Sauerkraut, what is a Reuben with no Sauerkraut had more bread than meat. Disappointed I was, tried to call the location and the phone number was disconnected. I called the number on the receipt, now that's false advertising or just wrong information to the public. I will order my sandwich from McAlister's Deli. I like Arby's but this location SUCKS.
Chicken was burnt and dry, fries were cold asked for cheese sauce, I was Double charged for my order and didn't get the cheese sauce. When I called about it employee/ manager was very unprofessional and didn't correct the mistakes and didn't give me a refund. Still waiting to take to corporate... Don't waste your money or time here
I love Arby's in general! But now that the lobby isn't open it takes forever to get thru the line to get your food!!!! Please reopen you dine in!!!
