Catfish Pontchartrain; seafood chowder, grilled tilapia, catfish basket and Cajun shrimp pasta were all delicious! new favorite seafood place!

They have the best southwest salad out of any place I’ve ever tried one and on top of that you can get salmon in it. Literally writing this as I’m eating. They have so many options and never fail and last but not least they have very fair prices I’ve never wrote a review for somewhere I’ve ate at but I just had to for this place

Cajun Shrimp Pasta, Fresh herbs, hatch chili's, this dish is amazing. Not overly salted, just flavored to perfection. The chicken fried steak was tender perfectly battered. Homemade gravy, and mashed potatoes. Yum! Green beans flavored with fresh herbs and cooked to have a nice crisp to them. The side salads were excellent and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. Like another said, drink selection is not the best, but drinks are cheap and we came for the food. Bravo to the chef. We will be back!

First time there. This is your basic store front sort of cafe . . . nothing fancy but you don't need fancy to get a good meal. Only wanted a good ol' American breakfast - couple of eggs, bacon, hash browns cooked exactly like I prefer - crisp, good cup of coffee and a big glass of orange juice. Then I went home and took a nap. Varied menu featuring standard American offerings, some Mexican dishes - I was sorely tempted to try the huevos rancheros - and some Cajun favorites. Didn't ask, but it appeared to be family owned and operated. Definitely going back again soon.

Simple place tucked away in the back of the strip mall.Food was good and the people were nice.Had Sunday morning lunch with a friend. We'll go back here.

Small places are frequently the best but this is not one. Food was mediocre, there is no atmosphere. Nothing else to say.

They were clean, quick, and knew how to poach an egg but the upsides end there. There wasn't a knife with my silverware, the drink options were limited and their online menu did not match what was offered in house. What I settled on was salty and incredibly heavy on the black pepper, and what my partner got was burnt in places and didn't have enough salsa to save it. Overall a pretty disappointing experience but again, they were quick and clean

Great little restaurant! Stopped by looking for a place to eat before visiting the beach at little elm park and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered pancakes, French toast and an omelet. All of which were great. Counter ordering, friendly staff and yummy food. Support local!

I've never had a better Blackened Tilapia in my life. It is a balance of lightly spicy and salty with a balance of seasoning. Excellent!!!

Wow! This little unassuming home in the wall has some of the best food I’ve ever had. The crawfish bisque was incredible! The Cuban sandwich was spot on. And the bread pudding!! Shut the front door good!! Can’t wait to come back to try the catfish pontchartrain and the Cajun shrimp pasta!! We’ll be back like every week!! GREAT FIND!!!
