Waffles are perfect - light, Sweet and crispy. The grits were good but a little different than most with what seemed to be gravy mixed in. The Kids menu was small but good - our niece really enjoyed the chocolate pancakes. The service was really good as well
I had bacon, eggs, hash browns, and biscuit/gravy. The only thing that really stood out here was the coffee, of which I didn't get any refill.All of the food was very plain. Nothing had any seasoning or taste. Even the country gravy hardly had any flavor at all.They upcharged me for several things and my small entrée/drink ended up being around $22. Total for 2 people was close to $40, and we did not get that much food at all.Probably wouldn't come back as the prices are way too high and the food is so bland.
Excellent service, food was very good. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because we wanted to substitute one item for another but there would have an up charge which seemed odd since they appeared to be equal in value. All in all a nice little neighborhood breakfast spot!
the food was great, but our server was not. she continually interrupted us, spilled coffee on my boyfriend’s phone, wouldn’t stop touching him, took an extremely long time to take our food order, and then had to come back and ask us what we ordered multiple times, she also spent about half of the time we were there talking to another guest about interior design. great food, but didn’t enjoy the experience.
Great food at reasonable prices. I had the meat lovers breakfast plate. Eggs, sausage, bacon with hash browns. Waitress Lucy is so friendly!
Great breakfast, I had the Migas Tacos,my sister had Chicken and Waffles! Very Yummy! The wait staff were so nice and attentive!
Our waitress was the best today! Shout-out to Emma G. She was detailed in taking our order, never forgot about us, and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was happy with her order. We felt special because at many other places one is made to feel like a bother when one tries to receive what one wants. Thank you Emma at Sunny Street Cafe!
Truly disappointed... this should be on the kids menuWe decided to order by DoorDash because we were busy unpacking & we were starving. This was all I got as my "meal". I don't typically leave bad reviews but $18 for THIS!?
Can't say enough about this place! The food has never disappointed and the staff is absolutely amazing. Love making it a point to come out to this place when I can. When you order the avocado toast, ask for your toast extra toasted!! You can thank me later. ❤
I love sunny street cafe. The food is always great, the staff are always kind and smiling. The atmosphere is comfortable and warm with a modern twist. I find myself coming back time and time again.
