Closed often randomly, slow or no app orders & very slow service & high prices. As a rewards member & frequent customer I couldn’t be more disappointed & miss my old locations in Flower Mound.

Both baristas were very courteous and helpful. Our lattes were good too, as well as the coffee cake. I recommend this Starbucks location in Little Elm/West Frisco.

Good customer service when I ordered until a worker mopped over my foot . In which he did apologize but why would you be moping next to a customer in the first place . From that moment I knew everything else would go down hill. The barista asked someone how to make my drink when I ordered a basic menu drink mocha cookie crumble frapp . The frapp was so watery and not even the mocha color I’m unsure if she put too much milk or what but it was gross will never be back to this location. Bad experience and horrible drink didn’t even drink half of it . Luckily my shoe isn’t ruined.

Friendly staff, fast service. The music was a little loud if you want to visit with someone. I had to wipe down the table, though. There were a few crumbs, but they were busy and short staffed. I didn't mind.

This is the BEST STARBUCKS! Im not sure if it the lack of a drive thru or the people, but they are great. We drive out of our way to come to this location, passing 3 other Starbucks in the area.

Daughter and I stopped after ordering ahead, for Coffee, Breakfast Sandwich and Danish before an appointment.

Five people behind the register, a line of people behind me, no coffee brewed or in the process of brewing. This has been my worst Starbucks experience. After ordering my simple grande pike and being told it would take a while to brew, I was told my coffee would cost $4.50. Almost $1.5 more than I've ever paid for a simple coffee order. It's going to be a long while before going back to this location.

This location is SLOW and often behind on orders! If they aren’t accepting orders online DO NOT GO INSIDE thinking you will order and wait. The reason they shut the online orders off is because they’re behind! You will wait a very long time if you go in…so be aware!

It's Starbucks, friendly, quick, clean and comfortable, what's not to like?

Just wanted to shout-out to today’s staff for awesome service and their kindness!! From the time I walked inside I was greeted by two baristas, then at the register and had a lovely interaction with the cashier (hey Josh, Sam + Vickey!)I’ve now been sitting for a couple of hours and love the interactions I’m seeing between the baristas and customers. They are super friendly, know their regulars by name, have been so kind and immediately willing to remake a drink and go the extra mile to help make the customers experience a positive one.I use to work in coffee and know what can make or break a guest experience more than the coffee or food is the service so I just want to commend everyone on shift today and say great job! Keep up the awesome attitudes, genuine care for your guests and excellent service?
