Kaley is an amazing employee and made my morning coffee experience so much more enjoyable and I hope to see her on my lil coffee runs. The store is amazing staff and very clean and efficient
Staff is very kind and warm hearted,My coffee is perfect and fast,sometimes I can get a bag of coffee grounds for my garden.This Starbucks isn’t the nearest one to my house but definitely is my favorite one
Love going to local coffee spots but Starbucks is just Starbucks! It’s clean, convenient and comfortable. Staff is always nice and they a verity of good drinks!
Just went by today and well I was dissatisfied with the service and time it took to obtain my drink. Oh they could of also mentioned they were out of certain ingredients as I received a completely different drink than the one I had asked for. Also, it took about 20 plus minutes to get it and there was just 2 cars in front of me!. Please save your time and consider going somewhere else.
My bacon egg bite was very hard I threw it in trash but my drink was amazing
Tori was working the morning shift the morning, and made my week. She went above and beyond the expectations of a company like Starbucks. She not only made it right but she also made sure that I got back. It’s the closest to my house, so I go there naturally, but she doesn’t know that. She still wanted to ensure that she did all she could do that would come back. That’s customer service.
This location is extremely slow. Took a total of 15 minutes at least before I finally got to place my order at the drive thru. I wouldn’t go here again if you’re in a hurry because you will wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru line to get your order. My order was also incorrect and got the wrong dairy-substitution. By that point, I didn’t have time to go back to change it.
The employees were welcoming and friendly, but the bathroom was dirty and without hand towels. We did extra long for one of our drinks that sit on the counter an extra five minutes without being called out to us?.
Local staff excellent. Superior to upper managment.
Batista took too long to get my drink. To make things better he was talking to his friends and make my drink Wrong not one but Twice!!!!batista was way too distracted
