Horrible service. Employees simply DGAF. They will mock you to your face, refuse service an hour before closing, or just throw random ish in your bag.

I pulled up to Popeyes today, and apparently they were closed according to one of the employees. I had no problem with them being close, but I do have a problem with how the employee approach me in aggressive and rude attitude. How am I suppose to know they were closed, when I clearly see employees sitting down chilling eating Popeyes, but whatever.

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, no pickles, with fries.Received 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, all with pickles, one with mayo, all so cold that I'm assuming they just had 3 sandwiches from old orders laying around and gave me those. You'll notice fries aren't pictured, apparently a large fry is about ~10 fries at this location.

Worst service ever! Person who took my order was rude . Seemed to have a attitude due to me not able to understand what she was saying. Then there was a issue with my food so I requested a refund.. another worker ..male. got upset rudely asked my WHY.???? . I explained. So he reached in his pocket pulls out his wad of money and throws my 5 bucks out side on the ground. Told me there it is!! I've never in my life experienced this rude service. Wow.

How are yall gonna close without a sign on the door and leave it unlocked, still? And still have people walking out the door with food in their hands at 1:30 pm? For people who are working, we wasted our time off lunch.

Rude staff. Refused to give dipping sauces after buying chicken tenders. (Sauces are listed as condiments without price). Staff member refused to give me the name of the shift manager. When I finally got the manager, she did not speak English and could not address my concerns. This place is constantly a disaster.

3 is being generous with it,we waited about 10min for someone to take our order while there were multiple employees and managers staring at us. You could tell the place hadn’t been swept all day and the back of house was pretty rough to.after 10min they got our food the only problem I had was the mashed potatoes were t filled up all the way and that right there is why I have it 3 stars if they had the mashed potatoes right would’ve gave it 3.5.

this place in mice infested, biscuits was dropped on the floor and the manager picked it up and placed it back on the pan. the chicken always uncooked. the don’t wash their hands when handling money and preparing orders. management is rude and never recognize their customers.this place deserves a zero to be honest! don’t waste your money at this place!!!

Sadly, I have to agree with the many opposing reviews of this Popeyes. I’ve tried this location 3 times and as the other reviews state, the service is far less than mediocre. But I do love that chicken at Popeyes so I figure 3rd times a charm. The first couples times, the chicken was dry and shriveled. My 3rd and last visit the lobby was open so I placed an order there. Impressions are big and the cooking areas are SLOPPY. When asked how fresh the spicy chicken was, I was told “I don’t know.” Although the gentleman was wearing an orange Popeyes T-shirt, I wondered if the gentleman even worked there. The manager informed me, only after intently assessing me & not the chicken, that the spicy chicken was made 5 minutes ago. After ordering ONE spicy leg to test this CLAIM, I came to find the chicken was dry, distasteful & as though it had been sitting for quite sometime. With all due respect, how in the heck is this location still open? Popeyes in little elm, let’s not meet again.
