Only doing one star because I had to. I would give this place No Stars. Park is closed down even though there’s no masks by employees, they couldn’t get my order right, and then whenever I complained and was upset about it and asking questions the gentleman that was helping me walk to the back as the manager helped me. While he was standing there in ears distance said he was dealing with a “bitch”. Worse service, worst McDonalds ever. Do not go!Service nowadays SMH.

Hadn’t been here in 4 years because of past poor service and took one trip at 2am on my lunch break and was reminded why this location has the most negative reviews over any other McDonalds. Slow, rude, can’t get orders correct, closed at 2:30am while supposed to be 24hrs open. Worst location ever…
I stopped eating McDonalds about 5 years ago. Unfortunately I was in a pinch and had to stop and get something really quick. Big mistake. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside thinking this would be faster. Waited in line behind someone for about 10 minuted before we had to get their attention to even take our orders. I ordered about $25 worth of food for myself and family. The sandwiches were thrown together and did not look appetizing at all. I thought that the fries would at least be good as that was the constant that I could count on....wrong again. The fries were stale and tasted like they sat in oil for too long. I was very disappointed and will continue my non-Mcdonald's based diet for the foreseeable future.
Whoever the teenager was who gave me my food and helped me tonight was so friendly and kind, he was great!
This is by far the worst drive thru ever. This place rarely has items on the menu and they advertise 24hour drive thru but I have literally been turned away dozens of times in early AM when other places do serve breakfast.Management is horrible at addressing public.The worst run location in the area.
Hard workers need some more help. Management needs to schedule more people and not be so cheap. Order was right but 25 minutes for a fries and McDouble is too long
Worst ever. Asked a guy what his name was and he got confrontational. To him me he didn't have a manager on duty. He then followed me out the store being more confrontational. Telling me to go with my family before I don't make it home. Manager just watched him. And all my food was cold after waiting 30 minutes for it. I'll be contacting my lawyer and I'll be canceling payment on the food. Thank you..
for a place that 24 hours ..its not..if y'all dont work in a 24 hour place maybe not work at mcdonalds? or at least have the energy to tell your customers youre 'temporary' closed (doesn't matter if its a lie we already know)

To owners & managers:Yall have to hire more people for night crew or get faster people. Was insanely slow. We waited 45 minutes before leaving the other night. Today we got lucky and only waited 20 mins for 2 meals. Car in front of us left and car behind us left... may be worth the drive for a different location...
