Tried to get ice cream and they are literally out of everything, including shake mix, water and napkins. 3 young girls overwhelmed and customers were told that no one could make the ice cream because they were not 18. Come on people, where is the adult/manager?Place was a disaster. I honestly felt so bad for the 3 young teenagers.Shame on you management.
The last 2 or 3 times I've gone here it's been really dirty with ice cream everywhere. Our cups had ice cream all over the outside and so did the ipad for checking out. Additionally, my ice cream today had icy sections like it melted and re-froze.
Ordered two waffle cones. Ice cream was extremely melty - literally melted in my hands before I could finish paying for it. Asked employee why the ice cream was so melted and if something could be done about it. She offered me a bowl to hold my ice cream soup and said nothing else she could do as they thaw out their ice cream on the counter for two hours. Will not be coming back
It says it opens at 11 am but it is not. Not a place for you if you have a toddler with icecream tantrum in the morning
After the horrible customer service I received on Valentine’s Day I won’t return. Better locations with much better customer service. Kaylee is super rude and shouldn’t be employed here or anywhere with her attitude.
The people there are very very sweet and just amazing and they have great service! Also the Icecream and cookies are amazing!
Tasty flavors and the staff who helped us were super friendly. The cakes looked amazing, too. We'll be back for more!
