Tried this place for the first time. It was decent. Food was fine. We were seated next to the window but they didn't have the shades pulled, so the sun was in our eyes and it was really hot the entire time. Felt like I was going to pass out from the heat inside. The owner accidentally spilled Coke all over my husband, like, not on the floor near the table, all over him. His chest, pants, socks, all soaked. They didn't even discount or comp for the accident. Figured it would be decent of them to comp our queso or our sodas or something. All in all for 2 adults + 1 child it was an $80 meal (fajitas, chile relleno, quesadillas, queso). And it wasn't a great experience for an $80 meal, especially when soaked in sticky soda.
First off, service was terrible. We sat without salsa and drink for like 20 minutes. (It was not busy). The tea tasted like the zoo. Weird but accurate. The waitress passed us multiple times and saw us without salsa and drinks and did nothing. The rice was hard also. And the guacamole tasted like it came from Walmart pre made guacamole. Definitely won’t be back.
Very attractive small impressive place to dine. Queso blanco was excellent. Chips were thin and crispy. Hot sauce is Hot to me but momma was extremely happy with it. Charro beans were awesome rice was fluffy and tasty. Tamale was delicious cheese enchilada was equal in quality. So folks don’t let this hidden gem go undiscovered! Retired Chef Gene
Went for first time recently and was very impressed. Our waitress was very good, attentive but not overly so. She nailed order with zero mistakes and didn’t forget any of my wife’s detailed requests.I had beef fajitas which is my go to dish to compare any new Tex Amex place. They were excellent great flavor. Wife had Chili Rellenos which is her favorite Tex Mex entree. She loved hers as well.Had great chips and salsa as well salsa had a little kick but not too much which I loved. We didn’t drink anything but water but the margaritas looked good and will try one next time.My new favorite Tex Mex place in Little Elm.
The food was absolutely amazing. Priced appropriately. The restaurant was clean and the staff was amazing. Jose was our waiter. He was so good. Food was served hot and the drink glass never got empty. The margaritas where wonderful both on the rocks and frozen. Everyone was above the mark. If you haven’t been here come now and you will be a regular.
My husband found this amazing Mexican place. I ordered a Chile Relleno, he ordered beef fajitas. The food was amazing hot and the service is amazing.Thank You so much to my waitress Fatima❤️The margaritas are on point. This is the best Mexican food I have found in DFW. You need to check this place out ! You will love the food;)
Mexican food is easy to find in Texas. Homemade Mexican is harder! This place is well off the beaten path of almost everything, but welll worth the drive for the food! Fajitas are great. Enchiladas are great. Tamales are great.....you get the idea. Get in the car and get over here for some great food!!
The food here is excellent and I consider myself a professional Mexican food critic! The portions are very good, prices decent, no. Worth every penny. The margaritas on the rocks were good and the Menudo is to die for!!
Second time to eat there. Have been very impressed with their service and food. First time I had Pollo Champion (Sp?) and this time I had Flautas. Thoroughly enjoyed both meals. Will definitely go back.
Food was out fast and was so good! Everything was perfect! And the service was great. It's our new go to spot. They have a bar and drinks are good too!
