I called in an order at this location on 6/13/22 around 5:45 pm and was told that it would be around 15-20 min. When I arrived I was told it would be another 7 min. 20 min later I walked in and had to wait a bit longer. The reason why I give it five stars is that the guy who was working, I think was the manager, rectified the whole situation and was very apologetic and made things right. I appreciate the good customer service and we will be back. I can’t remember the guys name other than it started with L! I wish I could remember ur name…anyway Thank you!
I just experienced the worst service from this location. I called to order ahead the person that answered hung up on me I called back same person answered I couldn’t understand him clearly he had asked for my name but second time he asked it was with attitude. I got to the location a 12 minute drive and the order was never put into the system I had to wait 10 more minutes. When I went to pay I explained to the cashier the issue and said would they take something off the price for the poor experience I just had he said no we can’t do that. I asked for a manager he says I am the manager.as a manager he did not acknowledge the experience I just had. Showed absolutely no empathy but offered some sauce. What a slap in the face the manager name is Chris I seriously think corp should look into this because if the manager can’t show good customer service no wonder I had bad service to begin with. I go here often and until meeting this manager with zero customer service skills I would continue to go here but with this experience I won’t be going back. And I will file a complaint with corporate. I’m not even the type that escalate issues like that. this Chris the manager could have made it right but he lacks customer service. Dude offered me sauce ? What a joke. Do better. It’s many people that would appreciate your position Chris.
This place deserves no stars..i love little caesars and its rare that i stop at one in the dfw area..i didn't like the energy or how the guy was throwing the pizza in the box..if your going to work in the food industry take pride in what u do..after leaving out the door i took the food right back..i wasnt going to pay for something i didn't ask for..a sad cheese pizza and dry crazy bread..i dont know if it was a prejudice thing or what..she did meation a black family..something about someone setting their garage on fire..
I ordered crazy bread and a half sausage/half pepperoni pizza. The crazy bread was pretty good with the dipping sauce, but the pizza left a lot to be desired. The crust was a little tough and the topping had no flavor.
Caesars always has great pizza and has always been way cheaper than other places. Got their Batman calzone, and was very pleased! There was plenty of garlic butter and parm on the calzone part ?
Ordered through their mobile app for delivery. Their orders are delivered through DoorDash. Doordash driver dropped our order off at Sonic. I called Little Caesar's and the manager/owner said he couldn't do anything about it. I needed to call DoorDash.. DoorDash said they can't do anything because I ordered through Little Caesars' app. Sitting on Little Caesar's corporate line for over an hour and a half to be hung up on and to sit on hold for longer than 15-20mins each time I have to call back..... at the time of this review I was still sitting on hold with Little Caesar's trying to get someone to give us our money back.
I ordered a hot and ready at 7:19pm and was told it would be 15-20 min. At 7:43pm I went inside and was told it would be another 5-10 "maybe." As I had time to sit and review my receipt they charged me for the more expensive hot and ready when I asked for a simple pepperoni hot and ready. Not satisfied at all. I chose this to have a quick and easy option. Instead I've been waiting for now over 40 min and still don't have my pizza. And I feel like I have been taken advantage because I didn't ask for a more expensive pizza. I will not be returning. Too bad. I've been coming here for years. I'm not going to be lied to and upsold without my permission and then told if I change it then I have to wait longer. They should have refunded me the difference and been out. Now I'm out money and a whole lot of time
Great experience at this Little Caesar's after my local one closed down! Glad I found this location.

It WAS hot, it WAS ready. Tasted great just like i remembered. Cashier was nice, got me in and out.
