Multiple times I’ve attempted to come here and are told they are closing or out of food. There were three cars in the drive thru, get to the speaker at 10:05 PM to be told they are out of food and he’s closing. They don’t close till 11:00. As someone that worked for KFC/YUM for years while in high school, we didn’t have the luxury of closing early. We told them the wait time and took care of the customer. Not anymore. They could have made the food in under 8 minutes, but would rather go home. This location has multiple issues (hence their rating). Someone needs to make a change, or maybe corporate is happy with lost revenue. Not sure. Either way, it’s poor business. Can’t wait for the Bojangles to open up next door!
Wish I could leave zero stars. Let me first start with this. What in the world are you guys and gals doing in there. Tonight my family and I picked up three boxes of leg and thigh dinners. Upon pulling back the skin on my thigh and taking a bite I got a whiff of spoil rotten chicken not only could I smell it I could taste that it was spoiled. Thank god the other two boxes did not have spoiled chicken in them other wise my daughter and pregnant wife could have eaten it. I tried calling the store no answer the store has its door shut and locked so you cannot get in. I would have had to wait through the line for another half hour. I called corporate and they took a report and notified the upper management over that store. I pray no one else get sick from this establishment tonight.
KFC is great! I love their chicken, but this location, this location makes me upset. The service and employees are rude. Almost everytime we come here, they mess up our order, which sucks! This is the only KFC in the area and they just had to be the worst one. This time, my mother door dashed me and my grandmother meals from this establishment. My grandmother loves KFC! But when I go to check her meal, I find a singular piece of hair in her food. Not on top, but BAKED INTO HER CHICKEN! ? What in the world are y'all doing in that restaurant. Are you taking pieces of your hair from your head and deliberately putting it into the chicken???!!! I called my mom, and she told me that we couldn't eat or drink anything. And to make matters worse, about 2 hours later, when my mother goes to the establishment and asks for the manager, they REFUSE to see her. What is wrong with you people? Remind me to not eat at KFC again!
We placed on online order, and went to pick it up when the app notified us that our order was ready for pickup...Arrived at 3:14 pm, parked, go to open the front door (labeled for "online orders only"), and it's locked.Get back in the car, head over to wait the drive-through line...Finally reach the order mic at 3:29, I told them I was there for my online order...and I'm told to go to the front door...Drive over to the front door...it's locked... eventually an employee comes to the door and let's me in. They tell me my order is *ALMOST* done...I didn't return to my vehicle with food in hand until 3:42.. HALF AN HOUR AFTER my order was noted as "ready for pickup".The employees were fine but to make matters worse, the place was disheveled, and in need of cleaning.Save your money, AND YOUR TIME, and go eat somewhere else!
Do not go here! Diner beware...bad food, horrible service and the owners of this franchised spot will never call you back. They don't care about anything, KFC corp needs to see what this place is doing to their Branding. Plus they keep closing early....online says 11pm, but nope...910pm and they are closed with the automated lady announcement saying closed. What a joke...read the reviews....eat anywhere else, TRUST ME! You will thank me later....plus you won't get sick...some of these reviews show hair tangled in the batter, others with flies....smh.
I just ordered a three piece chicken , it's not fully cooked, I can look at it and tell, certainly whoever cooked it could have seen this as well. I am not going to take it back and get a refund, just know that I will never spend another dollar in this place for any reason

Out of sweet tea again. Rhus makes about the 8th time. Rhen want give discount on meal. Raul the GM will never call you back.
I was a bit concerned from ordering this place after seeing all the negative reviews but I took a chance and turned out fine. Chicken and tender family meal with sides were fine. Was fresh enough and tasted like I've always remembered. Could be a bit hotter but that maybe because I ordered in advance and drove over 10 minutes. They didn't forget anything on my order and the order was ready pretty quick unlike other people's reviews.
There was a hair on my chicken sandwich and they wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to call them about it.
