I ordered through Door Dash late night on a Thursday and the wait time was ridiculously long. It took 50 minutes for my food to be ready (this is not including delivery time). The poor dasher waited 30 minutes before quitting and it had to get reassigned to a different dasher. For a fast food restaurant this was no where near fast. I am definitely considerate of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed but taking almost an hour to get my food is hard for me to justify. I love the food and I appreciate them being open 24 hours but the wait time just to get some simple burgers is not ok.
Whoever works the drive thru during morning hours needs an attitude adjustment. Didn’t tell me the total and expected me to have the cash ready when she got to the window. As I grabbed my money she walks away and slammed the little door. I stayed ready with my money and when she came back I had my hand out the window with the money. She repeated the total and said “Sir!” And repeated the total. I said yep, that’s why I’m holding a $20 out for you. She snatched it and held my drink and food far enough away I had to reach really far for it. Then slammed the window again and started running her mouth. Great customer service. It was an old Hispanic woman in a pink sweater.
I’ve always had a nice positive experience at this place so far. The Hispanic/Latino workers always get my order right. There’s a middle aged woman that calls everyone her “friend” through the speaker at the drive thru and she’s honestly such a sweetheart! She cheered me up one night when I was down on my luck.
Do you ever wonder why they ask you to pull around to the door to get your order when going through a drive thru, and there are no other customers? It's because there is a timer that records how long a car waited at the drive thru window. By asking you to pull up the timer stops and your wait time looks good to management. I don't normally mind doing this to allow the employees to keep their bosses happy. However, at this location I'm asked to do it everytime I go there. And my order is always wrong in some way. Not only are they slacking on order times, they also are not paying attention to the order. The food is decent just like you find at most locations, but guys, get your act together.
Now this is the best burger fast food. Jack has always been there for me when I have the munchies.
Since there is not a location in my area, I try to make a trip to any of their locations. Never disappointed. Loved my food.
service overnight super bed no body need take order Specially between 4am to 5:30 always the guy told the grill not working if im aske for tacos say after 7am he's ready that's funny ?
Would give zero stars if I could. We waited 20 minutes with hungry kids while they cranked through the drive thru. Then when our order was wrong I went back and got so much attitude trying to get it fixed. Like I was made to show my receipt to PROVE I ordered and paid for curly fries. All because the girl insisted I didnt when in reality she was looking at my husband's order. Never again.
Check your food well because they give you food that already has several days ??of truth is a bad service of the people who work is this place ?
When they are open its good and food and service but as someone who works overnight i can say this location is not 24 7 like it claims because several times in the last couple of weeks I've attempted to get dinner on the way home at 5-6 and they have been closed.
