Ordered the half rack of ribs and chicken taco soup as a to go order. I should have checked the good before leaving. The ribs were bone dry. There were very few pieces in between the bones that were moist and edible. I can say that the little I was able to chew and swallow was seasoned well. I could tell that had the meat not been overcooked and dried out that this would have been delicious and worth the price paid. The chicken and the chicken taco soup was also dry and stringy. I ended up giving most of this meal to my dog. This was very disappointing as a first impression.
We always stop here on road trips to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The food is always great and the beachy theme is so fun! Always a family favorite.
I like the menu at Hula Hut. It is different and tasty. I like eating outdoors. The miniature lake is decorated to be entertaining and there are birds to watch. We usually eat on weekends at lunch. We have gone multiple times and have always enjoyed our visits.

I really enjoyed it! Plus the frozen drinks where wonderful as where the mixed mines on ice ! Food was great too and our waiter was great with his suggestions
So let's start with great phone service ✔️Upon arrival, waiting to be seated was a tad long but SUPER friendly ?The food & drinks were very good!I had to do an online event here then hold a meeting right after, though we thought we were going to sit elsewhere, this wasn't a deal breaker for me on returning again.Alex who initially heard my request was professional and helpful, Marcos (evening manager) got us set up once greeting staff alerted him to my arrival, and our server also attentive and quick with our order. Great place, delicious food, I'll be coming again!

Love Hula Hut.The food is very tasty and good.The fajita steak meat was a bit tough tonight but the chicken was awesome and so tender.The service is like a 5 star top end restaurant.Parking is up front and plentiful with lots of lighting. Totally kid friendly too !!!You need to check it out, you won't be disappointed.Thank you for a wonderful evening !!!
Hmmmm, I was sadly disappointed here. The presentation of the food was GREAT! The taste was just “blah”. I mean really blah, like no seasoning what so ever. The best thing on my plate was the rice and beans. RIGHT!!! The chips to me had a weird aftertaste…. Not sure what type of oil they are done in, but for me I had like 2 chips and was done. I ordered an appetizer and the waitress forgot, although I was not charged for it as well which was good. The place looked good meaning decorations and all but wow…. The food was just nothing to write home about unfortunately. I will give them another chance, hope it goes a lot better next time round.
Our waiter was great!!! Hands down the best we've had in a while. The food was all wonderful and was ready faster than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience for our first visit.
