The ice cream was amazing…. The only thing better was the customer service. They are doing something right while training their team to interact with customers. This place was worth the extra few minute drive. So many choices and everything we ate was fantastic.
Best ice cream I've ever had! (And I've tried several!) I had never tried Handel's until the Little Elm location opened. Every time we have been, the employees are so kind and attentive. Knowledgeable as well! I've never had even one of them not know a flavor I've asked about! Favorites right now are Blueberry Cobbler, Salty Caramel Truffle and Monkey Business. We've probably had half of the menu so far. Can't wait to go again!
I found an acrylic fingernail in my Icecream. I’ve been sick every since. I used to be a loyal customer until now. I understand that accidents happen but this is unacceptable!
I had a great experience getting ice cream here! The ladies here are super friendly, adventurous and get the work done. I asked them if they could make my waffle cone into a milkshake and one of the ladies did! My husband paid extra and We both was very happy about our ice cream choices.
The servers were SUPER friendly and helpful! The icecream was delightful, I had the current special flavor, buckeye, and it was amazing! The outside seating music was great. We will totally come again.
My family loved our ice cream! Bonus we came on a Tuesday between 3-6pm for $2 ice cream. I would have taken pictures of the ice cream but it was so good we ate them immediately. They offer hand dipped chocolate waffle cones, sugar and cake cones. You can also get free samples before you make a decision on which flavor to buy.
I love this icecream shop. Since I moved to Frisco in 2020 it's been my favorite place to get icecream. My favorite flavor is Chocolate Peanutbutter Brownie ❤
This is the first place that comes in mind when we think about ice cream. My kids love blue monster and we love brownie sundae.Couple of reasons for not giving 5 stars: They do a lot of nuts on sundae and they are not chopped. Also, they won’t allow multiple flavors on a sundae.
Ahh the best ice-cream I ever had.! Did you know they get fresh batch every morning and discard the previous day batches.!!I personally love their strawberry and pistachio flavors
Great customer service. The ice cream needs to be colder. When we were given our cones, they were already dripping from the freezer. It's cold here and the freezers should be keeping the ice cream frozen. Their praline cream wasn't as good as Baskin. Sorry Handels.
