Response (May 2, 2022) :I went to the drive thru and ordered the special fish/shrimp combo. I sat in line about 20 minutes waiting before being asked to move to front of the store to wait for my order. It will only be another 5 minutes, takes 15 minutes to get ready.I sit in the front of the store for about 20 minutes and no one ever comes. I go back into the drive thru and tell them I have been waiting for my food but no one ever came to bring it to me.Oh, it's ready we have it now.I get it and the drink tastes like they just poured straight syrup in the cup. No mixing in the machine at all. I'm sure the machine is messed up and your wasting through soft drink syrup.The fish and shrimp were absolutely flavorless. Nope, not COVID Positive. Just positive their is no seasoning at all in the food. French fries were cold.The End.
Actually went during the lunch rush and was pleasantly surprised at the service. Employees were courteous place was clean and food came out quick. Will definitely have to go again.
Best food ever ? Delicious food
The fish is always excellent. However, this particular visit, the normally great rolls, were slightly under done. Won't stop me from revisiting and enjoying great food.
They are unfriendly, won’t pick up the phone and won’t clear the mailbox.
Two terrible experiences and I'm done.The first, I'm sitting in the drive thru in front of the menu, 1 person ahead of me at the window. For at least ten minutes no one says anything on the menu speaker. No one comes up to our car. When I get to the window the person working is surprised that I haven't ordered yet. Weird because it's his job to take the orders. Anyways while I'm telling him my order he's turning around not paying attention. Surprise surprise the order comes and one of the meals is a completely different than what we ordered.The second, based on the last time, we thought it would be a good idea to order online. So we get there when it's supposed to be ready. Go thru the drive thru. It isn't ready yet so pull around to the front and we'll bring it out. Ok no problem. 15 minutes later I conclude that they've simply forgotten about us, which they had. So I go inside. I tell the cashier I had an online order and I've been waiting outside for 15 minutes. No words. He just turns around and grabs the order, which was sitting in a heater where they keep food warm. He makes a drink, which we didn't order. Hands me the bag of food. Again no words. We ordered jalapeños and there was a bag of them on a table behind him. So when I get the bag I look thru it and ask, are the jalapeños in here? What does he say? Again, he says nothing. He just *shrugs*. This is the guy they chose to be up front talking to people. He's the best they had. That really says a lot.There wasn't a single employee there that looked remotely competent. I can't go back because I simply don't trust these people to make my food.
Their rolls are amazing! I picked up the catfish/shrimp dinner with green beans and the chicken tender plate with green beans. All was perfectly cooked!
Great Chicken and Catfish!I wanted to go because everytime I drove by the Drive-thru line was SO long....i just knew it had to be good. I'm glad I did. I wish I had gone sooner.
When you buy in this place through the uber app, they always have to send the incomplete food, they never pay attention to what you want, they only put what they want. Bad experience for 5 opportunities, as if their workers were babies who don't know what they're doing. but i won't try again
Hubby wanted to try for the first time. We had the wing dings with spicy dry seasoning. The fried chicken remind us of Church's so we enjoyed it. The roasted chicken we also enjoyed, the roll was very soft with a hint of sweet. Great experience we will return. Spicy season wings may not look the prettiest but they are good and crunchy, on the small side but that didn't get any low rating. Hubby had side salad which was fresh. Thank you. My rating is based on our experience, everyone will be different I am sure. We enjoyed our food
