We just had a GREAT lunch at the Fowl n Out in Arlington TN. It's made fresh to order so there is a little bit of wait time. Let me tell you " It's worth it". Awesome wings, catfish nuggets and boneless chicken wings. The sides we're fantastic and the staff were extremely nice. I want a Foul-n-Out in Illinois.
Ate there with a party of six. The food is definitely cooked to order, so don't expect fast food quickness - it took about 30 minutes to come out. If you don't want to wait in store, call ahead to order. We tried several types of wing sauces and all were REALLY good. The chicken was moist and tasted fresh. Fries were also good. All of the young women who worked there were friendly and helped us figure out what to order. Will definitely return.
They do it big here. Big portions and big flavor served with great customer service! I enjoyed my experience and will be back soon.
You can’t be in a hurry when you eat here. With that said, it’s worth the wait because the food came out cooked to perfection. The burger I got was seasoned and cooked perfectly. It’s obvious the food is cooked to order and I’m ok waiting for freshly cooked delicious food.
First time! They proved to be an excellent choice. I ordered 5 whole wings cooked country style, fries, fried green tomatoes, tenders, and a cheeseburger. Everything is was hot, cooked perfect, and well seasoned. The staff was polite, professional, and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. They were patient with customer questions and the restaurant was clean and bright.I ordered online and it took longer than the website said but it was just a few minutes. Since everything was flavorful, correct, and hot I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes for good food. Keep up the good work, remain patient even with difficult customers, and you will be around for a long time! Thank you!!
This place was one of my favorites, even tho I normally wait an additional 25-30 minutes after the timeframe for my order after already paying over the phone. UNTIL my order that I’ve ordered over 10 times was different from the previous orders. I called and talked to the manager on duty & she advised the sauce flavor is the same and hadn’t changed. I explained the flavor wasn’t the same as it normally tasted & Id return them. She explained they were closing for the night and to just call back tomorrow to get the wings replaced. I called and spoke with the manager on duty which was Ms D. Baker. She was low class ghetto & very argumentative basically saying they won’t be replacing the wings regardless of what I was told last night. This is unacceptable from a customers stand point. And the kicker is I only wanted the ones replaced that didn’t taste like the previous orders AND I wanted to order & PAY for more. I’m honestly appalled. I tell all my friends & family about this place. Hopefully they hire respectable adults soon so that the customer experiences aren’t like this going forward.
This evening was our first time eating from foul n out. My husband and I did a curb side order of fried catfish, okra, fries, and a cheeseburger. All I can say is the food is phenomenal. I paused eating to write this review. We are not originally from TX and have found a hard time finding fried catfish that is true catfish with just the right flavor. We have found our place! Please keep up the great work!
1st time here. I got the 2 piece catfish . It came with fries and choice of fried okra.1. The catfish was seasoned and cooked good " but " way too salty for me.2. Okra was good.3. Fries were ok. They came out cold.** I did order 1 full wing. I got it with garlic and butter. It was amazing.My only disappointment was... I dined in and my fries were cold and I was not offered any condiments for my food. The staff stayed in the back until someone came in the front door.WOULD I COME BACK AGAIN ?Don't know
Drove right past this place but turned around to try it out. Umm, it DID NOT disappoint. Fresh bird, fresh fries. I was recommended my Alexus(employee) to try the Bayou Blast seasoning. Lawwwddd!!!!! Yup, I'll be back. Only a few tables(6) for sitting, but who cares. Take it home.
First time I came during my lunch time hour and so supper good I got the fried corn and some wings man never had some amazing wings. I will for sure come back again.
