Came on a Thursday at 8:40 pm and door was locked. Door says closes at 9 and they just stared at us through the locked door. Won’t be back. Very rude.

I went last night and arrived at 9:45 (they close at 10). While I understand it’s cutting it close, open hours should still be until 10. We pulled up and parked and I can see 3 employees inside cleaning up. As soon as I get out the car, they turn off the lights and 2 of the employees start walking to the back, the 3rd is trying to look busy but keeps peaking up to see if I’m going to leave or not. It was very rude and I’m not going to “inconvenience” you with my business if you want to act like that. I went to Dairy Queen instead.

the ice cream is so good! the manager is super sweet to my friend and i when we go!

I'm a regular at this location for over ten years. I've seen some changes in the staff, but they always make my favorite dessert (cappuccino blast) just right!!! Susan is always fantastic! A great cake decorator, and made my blast really well too. Plus, she is always smiling and welcoming to customers and the other staff??. She sets a great example to all other staff.
