Well online the hours say 10-10pm. The drive thru says 10-10pm went there at 6:48 pm and waited outside the drive thru someone opened the back door and shouted they were closed and went back inside. Guess they just make up their hours whenever they feel like working. Reading through reviews it seems to be a problem here. Wonder why corporate hasn't stepped in to do anything. Looking forward to getting the same copied and pasted response every other bad review has gotten. That clearly has solved the problem.
The food was ok. Not near as much meat as they used to have. I haven't been to an Arby's in probably 15 years. I was working across the street so I popped in here. The staff seemed horrified I would come into the restaurant. Everyone was on their phones and ignored me. When I said something the guy didn't speak English. When someone finally took my order the food came fast. It started raining hard and a guy put up a sign saying the inside is closed...while I'm sitting there eating. He even locked the door. He stood there watching me until I left. He unlocked and then re-locked the door behind me. Needless to say it'll be a lot longer than 15 years before my next Arby's visit.
I went to this location tonight to get dinner and noticed that there were no cars in any part of the parking lot, but I did however see a typed note on the front window saying that they only had drive thru service. So I decided to try the drive thru thinking that there maybe someone inside since the kitchen lights were on, but when I got to the speaker an automated message said that they weren't able to take orders tonight due to technical difficulties. If I give this location zero stars I would.
This is the first time I've been to one of these in a long time and I must say they're not what they used to be. I ordered the 2 for $6 cheddar roast beef sandwiches and it hardly had anything on it. Very little roast beef and very little cheddar cheese. Maybe it's just this location, but I don't think I'll visit another one.
Good food..Hot food..Wish employees were a little nicer wanted to ask for honey mustard and she walked away after handing me my food so fast and never even looked back lol
Most of the favs are out of stock and the items that were served was not heated well enough! Will skip this spot next time.
This place is consistently trash..messed up orders...slow to help you. It’s almost a running joke. My wife and her sister never get anything but lowest service if they even get service at all. Been here a few times when they couldn’t even do business with you for some reason. Literally the most expensive fast food place in town and the absolute worst service ever. Whoever the manager is over the last 6 months needs to go. I blame the poor leadership. Not that hard to run a Arby’s. Won’t make the mistake again.Read all the other recent reviews...what place tells you they can’t serve you and need a break! I mean Jesus it’s insane.If you want to see why it’s so bad read the arbys replies. “Please contact us here to complain” is their reply. Seriously? I already told you the place is bad and why you think we’re going to each send the review to your other place so your business can get better? Try working on it yourself and read the reviews and share them with your people on your own. I’m not doing it for you that’s what this review is for. I can’t wait to see this location close and I hope the poor leadership the owner shows cost him a fortune. Bleeding money for being lazy.
The staff are horrible and rude. If I was the franchise owner I'd fire them all. Everyone behind the counter is wearing airpods. The cash registers are broken and have been for months so you shout your order across the kitchen. It's a mess.The food also sucked. I ordered the French dip and they have me a tiny amount of beef juice. The juice was flavorless and merely made the sandwich wet. The condiment machine was broken too so you have to ask for packets which didn't work well since they all are wearing airpods and don't want to work.It's obvious it's a bunch of entilited 20yr olds playing restaurant. I would never go back.
My mozzarella sticks were soggy, they didn't put marinara sauce in the bag. I asked for an unsweet tea and got sweet. Not the first time there was an issue at this store.
It was ok. It was a very young staff. We were the only customers inside the place. Food was good.
