Go to Applebees if you want, but don't go to this location. I took my family there on May 17th. It was a horrible experience. The service was terrible for 2 reasons - Dallas seemed to be the only waitress in the whole restaurant, and I can certainly forgive her for that, but she didn't write any of our orders down, forgot which drinks we had and messed up 3 of the 6 orders. My bill was over $50, so I should have received 2 free movie tickets, according to their promo, but couldn't get a receipt to print and none was emailed to me. But the absolute worst part was this: a baby COCKROACH crawled across my table while I was waiting for my bill. I used to work in pest control and had extensive training in identifying cockroaches. For it to be out among people during the daylight, they have a major infestation. I thought I would be nice and contact their corporate office to get their restaurant cleaned up before writing this review, but all I got from them was that the local restaurant would reach out to me in 4 business days or less. That never happened, so this is the best avenue I have for warning other customers, except calling the health department.
Tonight we came for dinner after a long day at work we show up and get greeted by a really great guy(Gabriel) he quickly found us a table and made sure we were comfortable in our booth, then later our waitress provided really great service thru the night made sure our food and drinks were always full. Gabriel proceeded to check on us to make sure everything was perfect not only his service but his charisma made our night great. I hope this message gets to his superiors and that they care for both of them they are great people and deserve nothing but the best especially for serving people in the very late hours of the day. I'm sure the rest of the team does an excellent job as well our props to the kitchen staff food was outstanding as well.
No wait to be seated and plenty of parking. Young man who waited on us was new. He tried very hard. Nice size menu of burgers, ribs and chicken. Food was delivered hot and was tasty. My chicken was so tender I could cut it with a fork. The last time I was at Applebee's was before covid. The atmosphere has changed. It is flat. The tv's were too loud and it is too dark. Needs a bright refresh.

Pleasant & knowledgeable staff. Took our order after sitting down. Our salads were prepared & serves within a reasonable time. The entrees took a little longer. However , the food was worth waiting for. We enjoyed our meals.
Environment was clean. Bar staff was nice. She wasn't knowledgeable about drinks as it was her second day. But she was professional and honest. Glad it wasn't a thirsty night. Lol. But my salad was good.
It has been a long time since visiting one of these places... our food was good and our waiter couldn't have done better. We were pleasantly surprised as I have heard bad things from friends that have been over the past year. Glad we went out on the limb and took the chance. It was a very nice meal with the girl friends.
The greeter was kind of stand offish, but my waiter was EXCELLENT! He was very patient, gave me suggestions on what to order, since I was the only one dining. Very attentive, conversation was nice, assisted me in paying my bill at my table. Very nice gentleman ?
We were looking for a place to eat and watch a football game. This place was fine. The staff seems to be untrained and all the manager did was walk around the place. No one seemed to want to help the bartender when minor things needed, like a to go box.
So, we have been there a couple of times now. Both times, we had mediocre service and good food. Well, the second time we our appetizer wasn't the greatest, but it was tolerable. I'm not sure if we'll go back. At this point, it's just convenient as it's only 5 minutes from the house.
