Sadly disappointed with the lack of customer service. We have ordered numerous times from this location and it is unfortunate that we will no longer be doing so. Our order was delivered missing chicken in one dish and completely missing another dish. We called to have it corrected and when the young lady admitted to her boss that she rang it up wrong, her boss said we could come pick it up or be charged for the meal to be sent again! I was taken aback, but even more so when I stated that was unacceptable. The response I received was “I will need to get off the phone as we are very busy.” I do not understand how a customer that has already paid is less important than the new orders coming in. I understand some people are dishonest and ask for things they are not entitled to, but we are paying customers who just wanted our correct order. Very disheartening.
Two hour wait for a $30 order of battered Orange chicken and fried rice. No thanks. Off to your competitor.
Have gotten food from here before and it was good though today, ordered online, was to be ready in a half hour but took another half hour while we were waiting and saw sushi being made without gloves.
We order Orange chicken which was delicious!!! It had a crisp and great flavor!Chicken fry rice tasted so good too.Highly recommend this location✔
They told me 35 minutes for delivery it took hour. Never again. Food alright good. Long time to get food.
TheWish it was option of giving no stars. Had experience of seeing a customer come into location highly upset that his food was spoiled and witness restaurant only want to offer partial refund. Customer had every right to be upset. I see for myself why he was. I'll be damn if I didn't take the chance of consuming my food at home to find the same issue. The shrimp is BAD. Yes it's indeed spoiled. Now after seeing how they treated the other customer, I'm not gonna waste my time in trying to get a refund. Stay away from location..... Very bad for business... not very customer friendly. I saved items in fridge and I will be going straight to the health department. Not good Wok and Roll... bad for business. 0 stars ?
Great food, and all employees are well mannered and very nice. Waiting time for your food is usually around 10 minutes
I ordered a sweet and sour pork. It was fritters. No sourse, no taste.
Mongolian beef meat quality was not great. For the price not nearly the quality you would expect.The veggies were good, but probably frozen. The sushi was okay.We were hoping for better from Wok n Roll.
The only thing I don’t like is the smell when you come inside. The food is good.
