I waited about 45 minutes for my order. I decided then to go to the front desk only to realize that it had been deleted. When it was finally served, the rub was incorrect and the order didn't have fries or veggies. The manager didn't even apologize nor offered anything to compensate for such poor service. They also wasted paper bags as I had requested dine in service but my order was made for carryout...a total disaster
Good Customer service I was able to get my Military Discount very very nice employees please remind to return back Little different from other Wingstop from Frisco Texas Preston Rd They need to know how to respect a Veteran when a Veteran Ask for military discount. To me I look at it as it could be for bad business. For that location.

Sometimes at this Wingstop it takes a little while longer to get an order but they do not leave out items. A couple of times there was even an extra brownie put in with the order. The workers are very polite and accommodating. The food is great and we go often. We have just always had an enjoyable time.

The girls in the front are very friendly and always seem happy. Great customer service and the wings taste delicious.
This place is horrible Mistake after mistake. The wait was ridiculous 45 mins into my order I asked for a refund and the manager got real mouthy. I felt like she wanted to get into a fight with me. Granted it was game night but that does not excuse her behavior. Threats were made about my refund. I can't wait for this screw up.
My order was made quickly and accurately. Love that this location has a Coke Freestyle machine now, too. Lots more drink options.
