AVOID at all costs. I try to leave positive reviews, however, this needs to be addressed and hopefully it helps the owners get this restaurant in order.After 20 minutes of waiting for our food (the receipt is date/time stamped), we wanted a refund so we could leave. After the managers hiatus, I made the request and was told by her she’s not authorized to provide a refund per corporate policy. Her response was “food is still being pushed down from the grill and they are getting it out to people.” That was not the case nor the excuse I wanted to hear.The orders were just sitting on the edge of the fry counter getting cold. One person brought their food back and said the fries were still frozen. I feel there are multiple food service worker violations on top of it all. The other front line workers were not much help because they simply stood around and did nothing.In fact, one even took a call on his cell phone. I was shocked at the lack of care and training. Hopefully someone in the leadership chain can rectify this restaurant. Unfortunately this experience has caused me to lose my taste for Whataburger. Time spent here we will never get back and that’s the worst part of it all.
Order didn’t come out together. Had to request my fries 3 times before I received them. Response when I asked if they was were coming “huh”.
Terrible terrible service this morning. First no Good morning. It was "what do you want to order?" I ordered and drove up to the window and the white guy says 8.97. I handed him the card he snatched it from my hand gave it back and walked off. Another male walks up with the bag and just hands it to me. I had asked for jelly. I said I'm sorry I had asked for Jelly can I please get some Strawberry jelly? He just added it to the bag and handed it to me. Where did the customer service go? Then my biscuit was smashed and I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. This is crazy and I want a manager to update me on what will be done about rude miserable employees. My life isn't great either. But I still try and greet people. and if you don't want to cook something right? get another job!
I used to work at this location, I loved my team when I was there, and it's good to see some of them grow, but guys, your evening staff has been slacking for a fat minute, I'm always gimped when I get fries and we have to ask specifically for straws to get any at all. Go to lunch shift if you can pick a time, they were always quality.
Bad.bad bad. My fries were ICE COLD. my fries were colder than my soda. NO they were not busy. Young lady with glasses had a nasty attitude. Closed the door in my face. I guess i didnt give her the money quick enough.Would not recommend. Honestly
Food ranges from decent to occasionally awful, consistently non-friendly lately. I went to pick up and online order and was told I wasn't allowed to be there with at least 10 people in the dining area. I said I was there for and online order and it instructed me to go in and the lady handed me my food and escorted me out. She was in such a rush no condiments. My other trip this year resulted in another awkward curt experience. Food has always been inconsistent here but at least they had been friendly.
Rude crew. Management at this location need to train their crews on customer service. Also my fries were half full.
It's okay, there are far better Whataburger's in the area, the time for this location to make simple food is extremely high. In short if you're in a rush it's better off going to the one down by the hospital instead of this location, if you're willing to wait 15-25 minutes feel free to use this location.
STAY AWAY! Let me start by saying I love whataburger. This location has the worst service of any whataburger ever! Over the past 3 years I've been here over 70 times. My order has never been correct and it's never been up to whataburgers standards. You'd think I'm ordering something difficult but no. I get a double with cheese, a sprite, and spicy ketchup. They have failed to deliver that every single time! If you like Whataburger please help boycott this location.
Took over 20 minutes to get our food however when we did get it everything was fresh even the fries. The shift manager that was on duty was more interested in visiting. The store manager came out you could here her getting everyone to work to get the customers taken care of.
