Although the drive-thru is almost always busy, they always try to get everyone through as quickly as possible. I grew up eating Whataburger so I’m a fairly regular customer.If you find a problem with your order, please bring it up with them rather than complaining about it online. Mistakes happen and the only time one happened to me, they immediately took care of it.
The food was all really good and nice big portion sizes for good prices. The medium drink is 32oz. So that was surprising. Also when they ask if you want cheese it adds 55 cents which I hadn't realized that when she asked me. The service wasn't bad and it was pretty clean so overall great!
I was 3rd in line...about a 15min wait before I could order. When I did get to place my order the girl who took my order had an attitude right away. I remained calm and pulled around as told only to find myself waiting behind the other 2 cars. By the time I made it to the window I had to sit and wait another 15-20 min to be disappointed again to find my fries not even in the bag.....again I was the only person in line..no one behind me either since they ended up driving off so there was no reason for it to take so long and all my food not in the bag. When I knocked on the window to ask for my fries the lady once again had an attitude like I'm disturbing her and asked for my bag to check it as though I was lying. I gave it to her and got a smug sorry about that and my bag shoved back to me with my fries. I get these are probably kids, but as any loyal fan knows the wait can be long if busy, but the service tonight was terrible.
Always good food, very consistent when it comes to taste. But there's always a wait. And I get it, because it's good food. 1 out of 10 orders have been wrong and that's a lot better then most fast food chains.
After visiting this one I see the reason tell me when I go down to Texas I have to try it. They do have really good burgers and I love the spicy ketchup. Go to this one though. Nice staff. The one in Lake Dallas I tried the first time was not good and about ruined them for me.
20 min waiting for a curbside order that was supposed to be ready five min before I got there AND I ended up having to go in and get it. That's absolutely poor and it's not the first time I've had a long wait at this location
Waited 15 min past time advertised.Food was completely cold. I will never use call in as they have Great Burgers if consumed in house. I am always happy. FYI, driving time after I was handed the order was less than 3 minutes. Please eat inside dining!
I LOVE Whataburger... the fries and burgers are "usually" hot. Today the wait was an hour in line at the drive thru... (folks in line but it was moving very slow)... thought for sure the food would be hot as i also had to wait at the window for it but sadly it was not. Fries were thrown away and so was half the burger... at least the 2 people at the window tho were friendly ?... will I go back? Yes but if the line is that long again I'll try another time. ??
This location has definitely gone downhill. Wait times have increased dramatically and some of the younger staff are more interested in messing around with each other than serving these customer.This last time they just kept telling cars to pull up and I ended up getting my food before them but still had to wait so I cam driver away.
This location is very short staffed or the cooks are very slow. One or the either. It literally took them45 mins to make our food. It would have been great for the cashier to warn us that they were backed up or running behind before we placed our food order. Will not be coming to this location again that’s for sure.
