Placed order through Wendy's app and it was given to some random person. When my delivery driver pulled up to pick up my food the "Manager" tells her he's not remaking food because it was picked up. Ok but it's not me or my driver who picked up the food, so you just gave my food away that I paid for and won't remake it? What kind of business does that? And then cancels my order. Whoever the manager is there is trash and shame on Wendy's for allowing such behavior.
Everything I ask them to give me sauce they keep forgetting to put it in the bag and I keep reminding them to put it in the bag and they act like they didn’t hear me but looking dead in my eyes and shaking their head yeah. That’s the last time I’m eating anything from this Wendy’s

Wonderful breakfast biscuit with sausage. Biscuit was the best that I have ever gotten Ara Wendy's
It's hard to find good help these days, everywhere. The employee that took my order had a sour attitude, she got my order mixed with someone else's and rolled her eyes when I inquired about it.
I only gave one star because I had to select something. They are SUPER SLOW in the Mornings. There's never anyone in line but still takes forever.They do not greet or speak either but I'm noticing that's a Texas thing. I now see why the line is always empty in the mornings. They need to do better.
Grilled chicken sandwich looked nothing like the picture on the advertising. It was on a small, soggy bun --- the piece of chicken was even smaller --- there was one thin piece of lettuce and a single slice of tomato. Not the quality I expect from Wendy's
This was only going to be a solid 4 star review for a fast food joint because their baconator fries are amazing. That was until I tried their breakfast with the seasoned potatoes as a side, and holy moly! Those seasoned potatoes are exceptional and their breakfast game has earned them the fifth star. My tastebuds are still recovering. :)
Service was ok. Order was correct. They were out of tea abs half the soda drinks were out
