Been here 3 times. Had chicken omurice, Hamburg steak, and the jalapeno cheese katsu separately for each meal. All of them have been awesome! The omurice sauce is something special and I dunno where else you find omurice in DFW. Give this place a shot if you find you're craving Japanese in the Zion market.
Although it would be impossible to imagine a dining strip restaurant attached to a Korean supermarket would have the best donkatsu in the world, this is what exists here.Everything else on the menu, like the tornado omurice, is great, but none are as spectacular as the donkatsu. It's picturesque; like a work of art. It's the platonic ideal of a donkatsu; if there was an example picture of donkatsu in the dictionary, the giant, juicy, thick cut piece you eat here would be what you see.Everything about it is perfect. For example, it uses the slivers of panko bread crumbs as opposed to the regular pebble shaped ones that you would find anywhere else for this dish. Traits like this are what set it apart.You get this perfectly constructed donkatsu served piping hot right out of the fryer--as in, it'll burn your mouth the second you bite into it when it arrives to your table.

This is my new favorite place here. The bragging is delicious. Plate is MASSIVE. loved all of the sides.I would pay 2-3x more for this meal. I haven't found a place that blew my mind and made me want to be a regular in years. Until today.

This place is inside of Zion Market food court. I always come here whenever we visit in DFW area to eat cheese omurice. It is like seafood fried rice wrapped over light fluffy eggs with tomato gravy, which is very authentic Korean soul food! Cheese katsu is also delicious!
The katsu sauce is amazing!
Don't come when they open at 12:30 because I waited for over 20 minutes and no one was there. Come later.
