Always amazing tea, tons of flavors and variety of drinks. It always has a nice atmosphere and the I've never had anything less then lovely experiences with the staff.

Clean and comfortable with very nice, helpful employees. There are so many choices that it can be overwhelming at first but the folks at the counter will help you navigate. Download the app just so you can see your options before you go in - and they have a nice rewards program. I recommend a taro coconut Blastea with lychee bursters. Yum!
paid $7 for a Vietnamese coffee and ended up getting a few sips of the actual coffee and the rest of my drink was ice. when i was going to ask about them about this, they turned the lights off and hid in the back.would not recommend this place, i’ve never have had this issue at WEST STRAWS!! would highly recommend them instead. so unprofessional.
I have been coming here for a year, the place is clean, the staff is professional, and friendly. It’s understaff due to Covid and that’s ok because it’s understaff everywhere in major companies so I’ll I order over the phone and show up 15 mins later and my 4 drinks coconut boba madness always be ready and in the bag ready for me to pick up… I enjoy this place and drinks are wonderful. A must stop by if your in the area. I recommend this place
I tried a thai tea with boba and the two staff members there were so helpful and friendly. Allergies can be a giant pain and so I was incredibly appreciative of them taking the time to get things figured out for me.The tea itself was great as well :)
I really do enjoy all of the flavors I’ve tried so far, and the Boba is made perfectly! I have been coming to this location on and off for the last year.My main concern is how long The wait is. They seem to be understaffed-every time I’ve come.If there are only two customers it’s at least a 10 minute wait. That has been my experience for the last year.I continue to come however when I have time, because I know it takes a lot of time to get this Boba,& I do enjoy it. As well, it’s a convenient location for me.So, pre-plan and give yourself 10 to 20 minutes —-then you can enjoy your Boba tea!
I really wanted to like this place, but the flavors were less than satisfactory. I ordered the red bean matcha and was disappointed - the matcha flavor wasn’t strong, and there were no whole red beans. The red beans were more like red flakes, where if you shook the drink, it “muddied” the cup. It was so strange, I’ve never had a red bean drink like that before. The thai tea was ok as well. Teapioca Lounge is by far my favorite boba place! They have a lot of drink options to choose from, and I sincerely appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their excellent customer service. The staff always goes above and beyond to make my experience delightful while also following all the safety protocols during the pandemic. My personal favorite has to be the taro coconut boba madness - it is truly something I crave! I would highly recommend this place, and I always look forward to going there when I need something delicious to drink to make my day!
