I had family from out of town with me and everyone LOVED the food! I took them to Taco Casa because of the real beef, the real cheese, and the great flavor of the food. We all agreed that the hot sauce was also very flavorful and spicy proving to be a perfect addition to any menu option. It wasn't too incredibly hot or overpowering, too salty, nor did it completely change the taste of already delicious food. Portion size was perfect so that, combined with high quality ingredients, made paying a little higher prices definitely worth it!!! My only "complaint" is I wish y'all delivered as I'm a disabled veteran so I can't enjoy your food unless someone else is driving.
After 12-hour shift I came in to Taco casa craving some of their wonderful food. Unfortunately I was told that their credit card machine was down and I could only pay cash. Unfortunately I had no cash. It would have been really cool if he threw me a burrito and a taco under the circumstances.
Very friendly service. Tacos are always made fresh and with lots of ingredients. If you want fast Mexican food, this is the place to go!
This place is a joke, revolving door of can't hack it front line staff and the management is beyond sorry. Tried to apply with these clowns and they made a bunch of promises and said they'd call me back about what paperwork they'd need and to schedule orientation but instead I get no response til I go up there to see a bunch of new hacks and the manager (austin) to tell me that they've changed their mind on hiring me because he didn't even know what times he'd actually need staff. So I got the biggest runaround about getting employed when they said everything was good. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Taco Casa is so under rated. The food is amazing and they always get my order right. It's a little on a pricy side for tacos but you get what you pay for. I love the casa delights that are just pure cinnamon but I'm a cinnamon lover so that makes sense. They have the taco lites that have a super crunchy shell and just melts in your mouth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves tacos!

Great fast food tacos...best part is that these tacose are really filled up with ingredients. One taco's fillings are equivalent to 2 or 3 from some other places. Great price for a great amount of food.
Employees need sanitation class. Wearing gloves touching their face refilling peoples drinks, then without changing glove making someone else's tacos. Lost my appetite while standing in line,, had to eave.
Will be coming to this establishment more often because of angel. Great worker and a friendly face of the company. Fulfilled all my needs in a timely manner, need more people like him. If you want friendly service and good food come to this taco casa. Disappointed I can’t give 10 stars, great work!
I don't live anywhere close to a Taco Casa, so I have to either Lewisville or Irving. I was in Lewisville , and stopped in to get some chilli burgers and burritos to go. By the time I got back to Dallas, everything was still piping hot. No need to reheat anything. This only happens when the internal temperature is much higher than the minimum requirements, and penetrates throughout the entire product.This was a Friday night, only the people were working, but everyone worked together as a team.I wish a franchisee would open up close to me. We have a small location off of Coit, but it is very difficult getting into it . I almost have an accident , either going, or coming to that location.
