They charged me for my meal, and then told me that it didn't go through even though the card reader said transaction approved. I checked my banking app and showed them the charge went through. They would not acknowledge that I paid and wanted me to pay again. I left the food, and just got off of the phone with my bank who said the charge did go through, and now I am having to file a claim to get my money back. Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I wish I could give them negative stars.
