WARNING! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!If i could give 0 starts i would!Ordered online then went to pick up in store, the guy that was working said that they didn't have all of the ingredients to make my sandwich so he didn't make anything i ordered. He also said that he was not the manager and could not issue me a refund and told me to call some number on the receipt, I called while standing there only to find the number was not even in service. I then asked for a working number and was given the number to a manager who works at another store but occasionally helps this location. She said she would void the transaction and to allow about 3 business days for it to go back in my account. We are now 3 WEEKS almost 4 weeks, since this transaction happened and I still have yet to receive my refund even after numerous calls to the store and managers. I also called Subway customer care and was told there was nothing they could do since this location is a franchise. I will NEVER visit this location again.
Slow subway. Unenthusiastic workers. 2 people working and only one making sandwiches. He didn’t have a subway hat or shirt or anything on that indicated he was an employee.About 20 minutes to get through at 530pm on a weekday.
Worst subway ever. They never have anything. Fountain drinks don't ever work. No dressings for subs. Low bag of chip selection. Allot of items are never up (or just missing.) And it's always like that. Not to mention the awful customer service you can expect. They all seem lazy and disinterested to do anything. How do they find these lazy people? I guess hiring good employees is hard now days. yikes.
This is not the first time my orders from this Subway are messed up. They didn’t put any dressing on one of the sandwiches and on top of that i specified that I didn’t wanted banana peppers on none of them!!! They didn’t cut one of them in half, it’s missing a lot of the ingredients and on top of that it took longer than expected. This is the worst Subway.
Ill Start with the first time I came into this establishment,For staters there was the original subway smell a clean place and a manager by the name of Kyle let’s just say the sandwich was great,I really enjoyed,So it was a no brained when i passed by again yesterday To go ahead in I was greeted by a guy name Cornelious C-or K I don’t know correctly because I don’t know him,But I know the sandwich he made was beyond worth it.I woke up Today to the thought of the sandwich.Try it out if you are ever Near by!
Got a online order and got most of things wrong and did not get a refund for it. Just a apology that they will try better next time. I want my refund. Most of the things i received were horrible wrong.
Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and heard an employee (middle aged gentleman) screaming and cursing in the back. When he came out he said nothing and proceeded to take care of online orders rather than greet and take my order. I then decided to go somewhere else for lunch.
I walked in subway And the young man was on his phone. He did not wash his hands after he touched his face he put on one glove ensign grab the bread out of the cabinet with his other hand which was bear he touched the whole both of bread and attempted to cut the bread. I decided never mind I did not want to sandwich because that is very unsanitary and walked out I will be reporting to the manager. This subway is very disgusting I will not be back.
Just read the reviews. I guess my review is similar. Had no mayo. The first time in the history of me going to Subways and this particular location had no mayo? The girl was nice but the location and whoever runs it needs to be evaluated. Plus the sandwich was not so good. Felt like I was eating nothing but bread and lettuce.
INCOMPETENT SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. I ordered a footlong club sandwich. it comes with ham, turkey and bacon....was charged for a turkey, the cashier decided to add ham and bacon and charge me for her mistake. I told her I ordered a CLUB SEVERAL TIMES but she said the club was not in the computer. Tried calling the number on the top of the receipt, no answer. Tried calling the other phone number on the receipt for the area supervisor is not in service.
