Don't expect the place to be open at 9 on a Thursday morning, like the schedule on the window states. 920 and the doors are still lockedIf I had not ordered ahead and my credit card been charged I would have left.*update* doors finally unlocked at 925, my toasted sammich was cold and untoasted.(besides the cold sammich and being unable to enter the establishment, the food was ok)
Jose was very professional and was holding down the store all by himself during lunch rush. He deserves a raise!!
Final time visiting this location. Every time I come they are out of half the menu items. This time, nothing has changed for the better. Better yet, worse! Now the soda machine is not working. For what we are getting, it's over priced and unacceptable. This location has continued to go down hill.

1:00 pm , I said hi as soon as I enter guy just stared at me didn't ask what I wanted until I said 3 foot longs. Lady manager I guess stepped in to help , was working on my sides when another customer walked in and stopped to help him and dispatch him before me. Not happy at all with the customer service. Haven't even tried the food yet.
No napkins no straws and felt rushed to order very poor customer service and poor up keep in the store
Horrible experience!! Would avoid this place if possible. First, Jose took forever to make our sandwiches. Second, the bread was not toasted AT ALL & it was soggy. Third, by the time we got our food it was cold as ICE. Need to teach workers how to be efficient & look happy with what they do. Customers even left the line since they saw how the guy was working. Terrible experience.

Horrible attention to detail, no pride in their work. The bread is old, meat is not good and the store front is dirty. AVOID!
