Green Olive On a wasabi bagel, toasted. Sweetest crew, biggest hearts. Welcome plantbased eaters, to your craving every morning, except mondays cause they’re closed! Oh i went on a saturday and they had an egg bagel! Looked fluffy.
Great bagel, great coffee, but best of all is the staff. It feels like you are walking into a local secret. It's so good and there are lots of people there, how is it this wasn't on my radar screen. A little tough to find but really worth it. ( By the parts store,). Let's support this local treasure. The chains won't miss your business.

Haven’t been able to find a bagel place like this since moving here. Reminds of the New York and New York deli bagels I’ve had in Florida but honestly these tasted better. The bagels where perfect and the guys behind the counter where awesome. Very happy I found this place
This place just gets it right every time. I LOVE having a casual breakfast/coffee spot around the corner I can stop into before Saturday errands. It’s close to my house but believe me when I say it is worth the drive. Quite literally there is not a bad thing on the menu. The quality of bagels is really just unmatched in DFW. They also have a bunch of vegan options! And the coffee, you have to get one every time.That being said, the everyday staff here is truly a gem. Y’all are so welcoming and just make it look easy. The food is memorable but I’m not kidding when I say they will make this place into one of your every weekend stops.Support this small business next time you are thinking of stopping at your normal chain coffee spot. You won’t regret it!
I love Texas but being from NY originally,bagels were not up to standard! Starship has awesome authentic NY bagels. If you live nearby your lucky if not make the trip.

Great bagels have arrived to the northern part of the metroplex— finally!! I am originally from NYC and I grew up with fresh bagels every Saturday morning aka I know a great bagel when I see one.I DoorDashed these babies this morning and was not disappointed in the least. Great chew and crust. The cream cheese was our of this world. I’m so ecstatic about this place. Get there and support these guys and you’ll never wonder why there’s no Einstein Bros in the State of NY again.
