I've ordered not so often so I assumed I never made myself a known face overthere. But the very recent day, I came inside the store to pick up my mobile order and was so dissappointed with my drink. The barista was nearly throwing the cup to my face with chocolate syrup spilled all over the cup. She made me feel like I'd stolen her ex away. I understand they're busy, but that can't be sacrificed for quality. Bad Work and Poor Service!!!
I frequent Starbucks (daily). Excellent service and superior drinks! Will definitely visit again when we are in town.
This location opens really early in the morning so when I can’t sleep, I get up & start my day. Even at 430 am they’re friendly & my order is always accurate. Huge props to the associates at this location, I can’t recall ever having an issue w/a drink or food order here.
I was disappointed in my recent experience with Starbucks since I ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich that has egg, and cheese. I ordered it through Uber Eats but Starbucks forgot some ingredients to my food item. I got the top bread and bottom bread and an eggwhite round. It didn't have any cheese or bacon which was disappointing. On a good note though, my pumpkin and cream cheese muffin came out pretty great.
I was not helped for quite a while even though the store and drive through was not busy at all and saw many workers just standing around before I was reluctantly helped. The Irish Cream Cold Brew that I was made also had very little foam and I could clearly tell that the foam was not made correctly.
they don’t fill the drinks this is the 3rd time ive tried this starbucks and every time they don’t fill the cup even remotely close to the top it’s extremely frustrating
This is the BEST Starbucks location in DFW! Once upon a time I used to work for Starbucks during my undergrad, and I trained at this store.Now, my experience there as a customer is ALWAYS 5-STAR. Paul, the manager, is always on the floor helping the team when I stop by in the mornings. The team is SUPER sweet and greets me every time I walk in the door with smiles, no matter how busy they are.Today, I came in for a Large order for an important client office of mine during their morning rush. The young lady helping me at the front was attentive and helpful- and repeated my order back to me for accuracy.Jane was making my drinks and multi-tasking the mobile orders flooding in with the help of the manager, Paul. Everything came out ACCURATE, and I had 12 drinks! My office was Very happy and so was I.Everyone- don’t walk, RUN to this location if you live in or pass through the area. They get it right, and give great service!
This starbucks use to be my favorite one to visit. Unfortunately, the times that i’ve visited there’s always a wrong ingredient put in my drink or they’ll give me something completely different than what I ordered. Please make sure to taste your drink before you pull off while in the Drive-Thru if you do plan on visiting this place. There needs to be more training on the employees working in the evening.
I usually don’t leave reviews but this trip to Starbucks called for it. I ordered a ribbon crunch frappechino add 4 pumps of caramel syrup with no coffee. When I arrived at the window they handed me the drink and I pulled off. I took a sip and obviously realized there was coffee in it. (THIS HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME) so I drove around got back in line and asked them to remake my drink and that I had asked for cream based no coffee. When I pulled up to the window the second time the barista Fatima, asked me to hand her back the messed up drink that I had already sipped out of (during the pandemic & pretty sure it’s against policy to bring any food/drink that someone has taken outside of the store back behind the bar) anyways I handed her the drink because I’ve already spent 10+ minutes in line and didn’t want to argue. She then handed me some sort of plain vanilla bean frappechino with no caramel pumps. I took a sip at the window this time and told her this also isn’t what I ordered. She offers to remake it a 3rd time. She hands me the final drink which was what I ordered and I asked her if I can get a reimbursement card since I’ve now waited 15 minutes in line, had my drink incorrectly made twice, all for Fatima to just say “I can’t give you one” lol. Don’t know if this is a new management issue or what but I’ve had multiple friends that complain about this Starbucks customer service. Save your time, money, and drinks & go to a different Starbucks location.
Horrible location! Ordered on mobile app and sat waiting to be called meanwhile walk-in customer orders a massive order gets it mine still not ready at the time I was told theirs comes out right away!!! Music was so loud especially for early morning ! Don’t go there if ur trying to do any work ! After I asked them to turn down the music a bit PLEASE ! They started making exceptionally loud beating and banging while preparing ! And shift manager yelling we did not get our truck delivery last night to her helpers all the details loud ! Hey ? young ones please use inside voices ! A bunch of caffeinated youngsters running around like banggee zombies all hyped up !Think I’ll go elsewhere in the future for some herbal tea ! Oh yeah no internet either…..?
