Nice store and people.Now, very expensive to buy even a cup of coffee.Starbucks has raised prices so much and often, for no good reason, that a simple cup of coffee can cost you between $2.65 and $3.50. Outrageous.
If you're going to close your dining room unexpectedly due to staffing levels, I get it. But if you're going to, turn off online ordering so I don't have to sit through the whole drive-thru to get stale coffee and cold food that I ordered expecting the dining room to be open. Really taking advantage of your regular customers. Be mindful of what you do.
This is the longest I’ve waited for a coffee!!! We’ve been here for 15 minutes at the drive thru and not even gotten the coffee yet OMG!!

Busy as usual, inside and out, but Fast, Fast, Fast. If you use the app and pay + tip, your drink will be waiting for you when you get there. You just walk up to the ready counter and find your name.VERY EXCELLENT WORK STARBUCK EMPLOYEES At The Store On 121 and Plano Pkwy(it's really half way between Josey and Plano Pkwy).

Ordered hot cocoa and a latte. Both tasted like water even though both should be made with milk. For $5.00 a drink, it should taste much better.
Over 3 years ago I worked at this location. I'd had been there for 2 years. Right before I left, I had a regular customer who would stalk me and tried to add me on social media, and offer me rides if I had car trouble. The GM at the time did nothing to help my situation or get me transferred to another store. Dolly, the manager who replaced my original manager, lied to my GM about how she let me go. Also, Starbucks is just over priced coffee. There are better coffee shops out there.
