Service was slow, and they are arrogant. Don’t want to order there anymore. Bad experience ordering Starbucks at in the store.
Gave a 3 star rating because they were so slow. Some workers having too much fun instead of working. And the workers who were working, some were working too casually in spite of the long line of cars at the drive thru. Very frustrating to be sitting at the window witnessing all of this going on while waiting forever for two simple lattes.
The worker is so rude even though I only ordered a trenta refresher.. won’t be back. Talked to me like I was d*** and a burden even though polite.Refused to allow me to use my app and said not allowed to use points. Like just all around negative experience.
