First time visiting and the last. Food wasn’t good and my bread was hard and the food was cold. Over priced for what you get. No gloves we’re worn. I give them no stars
The food was great and the rolls fantastic however the website is awful. There is no way to redeem rewards, search for information or contact anyone for answers. Looks like a 1980's website
Big and somewhat friendly. Not sure what happened at the cash register. 3 dinners and drinks plus a side of brisket (was told it would be $5) ended up costing us $80. Hot bread even at 8pm on a Sunday was good. Brisket and ribs were dry and not very flavorful. Overall we didn’t have many options close to our hotel for the time we had available so it was OK. Coleslaw and beans were great.
I would not go to the spring creek bbq in lewisville. We had horrible experience today. A deceitful staff was in charge of the pick up station just watching me grabbing used silverware from her. She was too board to get her mind straight, I think. Or, I think she set that up by the way how things were placed. The way how the business handled the unlogical situation was very lack of customer skills and messy.
Restaurant staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I had the Twosome combo with a chopped beef sandwich and baked potato. The barbecue sauce was a little on the sweet side, but otherwise the food was very tasty.
I recently placed an order for a full rack of baby back ribs from this location. Upon receiving my meal I realized I had about 4 baby back ribs and the rest regular ribs. I called and spoke to the manager who stated they were indeed all baby back ribs and a full rack, but as you can see in the photo it wasn’t near a full rack or all baby backs. Instead of trying save me as a customer and accommodate me for their error he just assured me I was mistaken even though I had the order in hand. I have placed the same order in the past and received the proper quantity and quality, but due to his negligence I will never order from this place again and neither will my business team.
I am only giving 1 star b/c we were hungry and they got the food out to us in a timely manner. Other than that, I was over charged for the food, and was not informed that they were out of something that they charged me for. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, he immediately sucked his teeth, huffed, and had a bad attitude. He over talked me stating, “The next time you come in, you need to check your order.” He did apologize, but did not take sincere responsibility for what happened, which was THEIR mistake, not mine. Overall, the food was fine, but their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning nor referring anyone, as I just relocated from out of state.
This chain always has good food but some visits are even better than good. There was no wait but there was a good crowd already there just after 1pm. Meat and warm veggies were warm, not quite hot but very close. Cold items were pretty chilled. Prices are up but that is everywhere today. Staff kept tables clean and served the hot rolls and Blue Bell promptly. This is a great spot for group or family meetings. This location was convenient for our spread out group and easily accessible from I-35E. Any time you want BBQ this is a good choice, weekly if nearby and can afford it. Perfect choice for any group meeting.
Delicious food served fast in relaxed environment. In addition to a large selection of barbecue meals, their staff comes around and offers you additional yeast rolls. They also have peach cobbler and blue bell ice cream. Yum! You get a lot of meat. I particularly enjoy the Carolina style ribs.
The ribs were meaty and very good! Had string beans and potato salad. Were bland. Rolls were great. They had peach cobbler and Blue Bell ice cream that was sold separately. Not sure if I'll come again.
