OMG they are slow, only ordered 2 pounds of brisket and 1 pound of pulled pork and I’ve been waiting 40 mins. I hope it’s good.Update: Brisket had no flavor and pork was dry.

Brisket (Moist Side) was goodVery disappointed. Ribs too salty, drink taste like water, and Mac and cheese was not done. Just covered in sauce.
I wanted to like this place so badly based on the reviews but, I was so disappointed with the food. Meat had zero smoke flavor, Brisket was dry, ribs and pulled pork were flavorless, sausage was sub par. 2 stars for the staff being super nice and then fried apple pie was decent. If you are looking for AMAZING Texas BBQ that everyone else raves about go to Hutchins in McKinney they got the magic there!
Amazing BBQ! They make it all themselves and it's all delicious! My wife and I had the sliced brisket platter. Brisket was tender and juicy and the sauce is incredible. I had street corn and mac & cheese. Both were so packed with flavor. Go support this business and family. They lost a lot of business from their catering business due to COVID-19 so they started the food truck. Get the word out and go get you some awesome BBQ!

Our family has been to this food truck 3 times since it opened. The portions are generous. We still haven’t got around to trying everything we want to try. I love the brisket tacos with their homemade bbq sauce. Our teen son loves the smoke wagon sandwich which is a ton of meat and actually fills him up. My husband likes the ribs.The sides are amazing, especially the green chili mac n cheese. We’re looking forward to trying the homemade chips, fried pie and stuffed baked potato. This is my “work from home lunch treat” when I get tired of soups and sandwiches. Great family owned local business - go support them!!!
The food is amazing, you will not be disappointed! We had the tacos, meat platter and brisket sandwich. All the sides were so yummy
