We are relatively new to this area. So, we have only used this location about 10 times. At least 7 of those times there has been at least one issue. Ranging from credit card reader not working to having to wait over 15 minutes after pressing the red button and still not having anyone ask to help, or acknowledge me at all. The morning shift is always nice at least, but the night shift seems to always have a poor attitude and needs some serious coaching up on customer service.
This particular location is not a favorite ? they take a bit longer than other locations to get your order out. Not only that the drinks are not as good and well made at this location. I got a cherry limeade w/ extra cherry flavor. It tastes like they didn't put any at all; just a regular limeade. Waaaaay too much ice. I'll stick to the one closest to me...

Horrible service. I was at stall #9 and was sitting over 10 mins pushing the button that DAVE argued me as a customer down that it worked and the button do not work. He was so sarcastic and sure of himself even stated that if it don’t work we’ll put a sign. I hope his customer service skills get better. I’m not sure if this is Sonic’s only reliable source of an employee in the afternoon but he needs up training on his customer service. I would hate to argue back and forth and he spits in my food. I’m so tired of individuals feeling entitled. It’s sickening. Sonic I hope this reaches head quarters and something is done immediately. Horrible. I’d much rather just travel the extra few miles on main st for greater service. I’m disgusted. Had to move to stall #25
Toaster combo with bread not toasted, sandwich was made fresh but fries seem to have been sitting for a while! If you have to make me toaster fresh, why not make fresh fries?!?
I really not have had the greatest experience at this place a lot of the people that are hired have no respect for even saying thank you for a tip. there is also a order taker that was very rude they told me she was the assistant manager .. they said she gets complaints all the time

This sonic is horrible and the service is even worse. The server got my change wrong. I accidentally gave her $40 and the order was $11.67 and I believed she would give me the right change. She told me it was only $11 and I thought she would just give me back the 20 and the rest of the change and it’ll be over. It didn’t occur to me until I left that I was given $12. I call the place about the mixup and their saying I handed the server $25. Now why would I make such a fuss if I handed her $25. The change would’ve been $13.33 if I really did hand over a 25. Why would my change be $12 if I gave her a 25? The math doesn’t add up and you would think the manager would handle the situation better. The manager tells me why should he believe me over her and it’s her word against mine. At this point I’m irritated. I just wanted my change back. I wouldn’t have made such a big deal if I was given the right change. Never going to this place again. The one on Main Street is better managed and never this stressful. Thanks for ruining my day.
I just ate their limited time single patty melt combo meal and it was delightful; very satisfying.The chief there making everything today, February 8, 2022 at 3:49pm, is making the food to perfection; thanks for a nice made patty melt burger along with everything else I ordered. My honest opinion, this item SHOULD NOT be DISCONTINUED, it was yummy; I'd order it again if I'm able to before it's gone. If the idea of Sonic for dinner or anytime of the day, come by that location or any other for a scrumptious mouth watering single or double patty melt meal; u won't be disappointed! Sry I didn't get a chance to post pics, was hungry lol
I love their burgers and ocean water. But I had to take stars off since I just opened up my cup to toss out the ice before putting it in the trash and there is this hair in my cup. SO GROSS. Now I'm scared to finish my meal... because no way did the person filling up the drink not see the hair in it.*I will say that everyone I have encountered that works there is always so nice. But I'm not sure if I'll be able to stomach coming here again any time soon.*To the franchise owner: you might want to have whoever is posting responses to actually do more than just copy + paste. Every comment on negative reviews is the same. Hoping this will help you realize customers want a real response... not a link to leave another review.
