Ordered two Footlong Chili Dogs and a Dr. Pepper, easy ice. How simple can an order get. The Food came out COLD and NASTY tasting. The Druve-In was slow with business at the time, so there was No Excuse for COLD FOOD, they weren’t even busy at the time. Service was good, and it came out within a reasonable time! Will try the Sonic bye the High School next time. Was disappointed!!???
The quality of food was horrible MD the server spilt sauce over everything in the bag. I understand accidents happen but my child has autism and she can't tolerate any of her food touching and we were running that day so I couldn't wait for them to remake my food.
I ordered on the app and while my food got to me pretty quickly, it was wrong. My burger had no condiments when I actually asked for mustard, ketchup, and Mayo. It also has lettuce with no tomato when I asked for the opposite. It’s really annoying when you’re at work and can’t go back, not to mention you can’t even complete a survey because the website no longer works.
A longer drive for me than the Flower Mound location on Morriss Road, but worth it: This location actually gets my order right!
They were nice, but they kept bringing me the wrong food, but they don't stress and let me keep the food and just kept sending the food until it was right! ???
We had to repeat our order multiple times over the speaker, and when we finally got our order, it was wrong. The food was actually pretty good, considering we didn't get what we ordered.
Generally fast service but I can vary by time of day. Quality can vary from time to time but overall they are one of the better ones around.
Order was wrong. it was right on the ticket Order but only my hamburger was correct. My son only eats plain cheeseburgers and they put the mustard that was supposed to go on my husband's burger on his and nothing of course on my husband. Better luck next time.

Very friendly staff. Quickly took my order and prepared my burger. The tots were hot and fresh. My only complaint is that I parked behind the building so I wouldn't have sun in my eyes and it shined all the way through the building and still got me! Gotta love these Texas sunsets!
