Showed up at 8:58 and was told to come back at 9am when they opened. I came back and was pressing the button to order to be completely ignored for 10 min. I could see into the store from where I was parked and everyone was on their phones standing around while I pressed the button 5 times with no response. I sat for over 10 minutes to wait for a fountain drink. Totally ridiculous.

Edited: I don't recommend getting a blast with "chocolate ice cream". I think something about how they mix in the chocolate syrup messes up the ice cream texture.Side issue: the plastic dome lid they put on the ice cream is worthless. It jumps right off of the cup when you just touch it.

Never had a problem with this place. My food is always fresh and quick.

Good food. Once we were able to talk to someone, our food came out quickTLDR: we had a bad experience due to what I’m hoping were only technical issues.We showed up during lunch rush, around 12:10. We pushed the button at stall 11 around 12:15. No one answered and the screen showed the red button was no longer activated.We ordered through the app, smoothly, payment cleared and it came time to check into our stall. We tried to select 11 but it kept spinning and showed that it didn’t work.We assumed it was just a bad stall, so we went to stall 33. We tried to list that stall through the app, but it showed the same error every time we tried. We pressed the button and after a few times of the screen showing it was taking our order we finally got to tell them we were trying to check in our online order. They eventually found it and told us it had been set to stall 11, and they moved it to 33 for us. Food came quickly after that. (12:40ish)We pressed the button again to get some mustard for our corndog while we ate. We finished eating and looked over and found that our button had been deactivated again. (12:50ish)We went home because we realized if we had gone home when we first realized we needed mustard we would have had it already.Leaving a good rating because we usually have good experiences here, but today was not great.

The persons taking orders could pay more attention to customers but the food is good. The car hop brings order out fast.

This was a Lewisville TX location. Service was much faster than any Dallas location I've been to and the kiosks worked also. I placed our order and paid through the smart phone app. The kiosk lit up with my name within seconds so I knew the order was received. The burgers and tots were hot and very tasty. We actually got exactly what we ordered and most pleasing of all was that the burgers were not overcooked like most burgers I've had in the last ten years. This was a great experience and I will return to this location the next time I find myself in Lewisville.

Service was fine. However, someone honked outside and a man with a tie ran out screaming and cussing.. I dont even think the honk was towards them smh. We had our windows down and kids were in the car. Extremely unprofessional. Plus tie guy may want to renew his registration, it expired in 2019. I could tell he was already having a bad day when he sped into his parking spot.

Literally the worst sonic I've ever been to. After waiting nearly 30 minutes to order while the staff played around and danced inside, the car hop seemed horribly inconvenienced by having to take our order. I will NEVER buy food from here again.

Ordering was rushed, I would understand if busy but on the side I was on there was one other car besides me. No worries. But, When giving change give all of it not half my intent was to say keep the change as it was handed to me
