I come in every morning around the same time and order the same thing. And everyone is great...well almost everyone. My issue is with one Individual. I believe her name is Ria according to her necklace. Beautiful girl, ugly attitude. Have never once seen her smile but I do constantly see her roll her eyes everytime a new guest walks in the door. Is always short with guests when taking orders. And just all around acts like we inconvenience her for coming in for a smoothie. I work down the street and this location is convenient for my commute but I think I'll be changing my morning routine just so I can go to the location on the other side of town where I don't feel like im being a bother and can at least get a smile, good morning, or have a nice day back.
Ordered almost $20 in smoothies through the app and specifically asked for curbside. The app offered for me this service. I get to the parking lot and there are no curbside areas to park in like the app told me to so I parked right in the front of the location. My time passed to pick up my smoothies and I saw the young lady on the inside look directly at my vehicle. Almost ten minutes after I was supposed to get my drinks I had to go in and get them myself. The young lady clearly knew my order was curbside but just sat my drinks on the counter in the holder like any other pickup order. After getting my drinks I can say they are terrible and this was the worst experience at a Smoothie King location I’ve ever had and I won’t be going back.
This location is awesome! With each and every visit I am consistently impressed with everyone’s commitment to exceed my expectations. I have never walked in and not been greeted with a smile and hello. If I want to try something new they are always helpful with offering suggestions that meet my specific taste and dietary needs. I have to say, these guys are absolutely outstanding. Excellent job to the manager, Stephanie, and her amazing team!!-Your Loyal Customer
I order the angel food at every Smoothie King I go to, but the one I got from this location was just not good.. There was absolutely no flavor, which was so weird. It felt like snow in my mouth.. but my husband's smoothie tasted normal so I guess this place is hit or miss.
Delicious smoothies! I was expecting a “hi, welcome to smoothie king” upon entry but just got a “be right with you” ... I was the only one in the store but I guess they were working on mobile orders.
I came in with a friend after a workout & ordered The Gladiator & Activator. I’ve had them both before at a different location, so when they gave us our drinks we both knew something was wrong with them (missing ingredients or made incorrectly) but they tasted so off. I told the staff & what seemed to be the manager just offered me a refund. When I expressed I’d rather them make an attempt to make the smoothies correctly he seemed adamant on just providing me a refund & letting me go on about my day. Horrible service.

My go to location for morning smoothie , I am picky in the way my smoothie is to be made , folks here always accommodate it and it has become a routine .Shout out to Nate for his friendly hospitality , keep it up .
