I placed an order. Unfamiliar with the menu items. I didnt realize there were sub-flavors to the drinkKid raises His voice. YELLS: I SAID WHAT FLAVOR....I told Him. "Calm down". Never mind ,drove off.I'll go somewhere else.
whenever the manager is there he is RUDE as heck. Comes off as an inconvenience in his tone when speaking to customers. I don’t think I’m coming back to this location if this is how they treat regulars. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there because it’s hurting your reputation as a business

I'm not sure if the management treats the employees well because they usually have an attitude whenever I come. I'm at smoothie king pretty much everyday so it's kind of dissapointing they don't remember my voice or order.
This Smoothie King is by far the best! I've bearable drinking shakes from Smoothie King over 10 years. 5 years ago I visited this location as I was struggling with my weight. The owner listened to me when I asked questions about the different blends. She recommended a certain Smoothie and always use the ingredients in perfect measurements. Long story short, 5 years later and I've been Rocking Hard with this location and I am 30 lbs lighter! Thank you! Teach other locations how to perfect Smoothies like you! ?❤
Too many complaining humans. Smoothies take time to make. They have to be blended. It’s not a milkshake. And young people working is good, yes?I love the location. I don’t mind waiting, and the customer service is just fine. Some folks just require perfection in an imperfect world. This isn’t The Jetsons. You wait for the smoothie and be thankful for access to a location that makes them. Stop ya belly aching!
Long wait time which is fine because I wasn’t in a hurry.Was asked three times what my order was when I got to the window.Cashier asked me to get out the line and park or go back around because of technical difficulties that they were having on their end.Finally made my smoothies, and when I politely asked the cashier to put it in a foam cup, she rolled her eyes at me.Overall, not the best experience.
Decided to give this location a try and I will not back. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. The smoothies I ordered were not blended all the way and they left out the bananas in the green tea tango.
So I am kind of addicted to the Keto Champ berry smoothie and have gotten it at several locations... and I don't know if it was the super cute guy working the window or what... but it was DEFINITELY the best one I've had yet! ? 10/10 would reccomend ???
Coming right before closing & beyond Customer Service received. So much appreciative that I've never gotten bad service, as well as always very fast!
