Definitely the worst location I’ve been to. In the past month I’ve been stopping by after the gym they have given me the wrong smoothie 3 times. Currently I have the time to write this review because I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for 25mins. Only 3 people have gotten their orders during this time
For the past week they’ve been not turning on the open sign sometimes they even shut it off early an hour before they gonna close. Last time they had a sign saying they do not accept cash, only credit that really doesn’t make sense for them to be taking credit cards but not the cash they say that the computer is down so how can they accept credit card when the computer is down They should be able to except cash. Mostly every time I go the staff has an excuse why they’re not making any shakes when it’s an hour before they’re going to close. started going to flower mound smoothie king they are always professional and I’m just gonna stay going over there for now on. The stuff in lewisville is literally making this franchise lose money.
Crazy long waiting times. The black scion have been there for 20 min. Seems like a one man operation. Will get a smoothie somewhere else next time. Not worth the wait.
Very Very Slow Drive Thru. Got to the speaker and they said "be right with you" and I waited 4 minutes and 30 seconds until someone responded again. I then paid at the 8 minute mark and didn't receive my smoothie until 12 minutes total time elapsed.
The smoothie was ok, but to have employees who are oblivious to the app or how rewards work just doesn't sit right, I was able to figure it out on my own but what about about people who aren't too tech savvy
When I first went there, it was good but now, the smoothies are the consistency of water.I thought this was Smoothie king not Juice Prince. I realized the smoothies are bad when the men work and let’s just say the men have been working too often. #lewisville
If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. Rude customer service. Takes 10 minutes+ to make 1 smoothie. When I peak through the window it looks like a bear was just let loose. Place looks filthy inside.
I placed an order. Unfamiliar with the menu items. I didnt realize there were sub-flavors to the drinkKid raises His voice. YELLS: I SAID WHAT FLAVOR....I told Him. "Calm down". Never mind ,drove off.I'll go somewhere else.
whenever the manager is there he is RUDE as heck. Comes off as an inconvenience in his tone when speaking to customers. I don’t think I’m coming back to this location if this is how they treat regulars. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there because it’s hurting your reputation as a business
I'm not sure if the management treats the employees well because they usually have an attitude whenever I come. I'm at smoothie king pretty much everyday so it's kind of dissapointing they don't remember my voice or order.
