I’ve been coming to this Smoothie King for a year now. As a huge fan of the smoothies served at many different locations, I would have to say this location is my favorite! The owner took notice of my frequent visits and unique order. She made it a point to explain to the staff on my particular smoothie. That gesture is one of many things I’ve observed since coming. It makes it nice to get a smoothie after a workout. It’s nicer to the way you receive the smoothies
Again they won't take my coupon for a free 20oz smoothie. And that's after I left a bad review, and was contacted by one of the owners who told me that my coupon would gladly be accepted in her location. The really messed up part is that literally every other location in the Dallas area has accepted then thus far. On top of all of that, in asked a couple of questions about a flavor I've not tried yet and was ignored completely by the two employees there. In fact they had me repeat everything i said two more times. One was washing the dishes while the other was playing on her phone. This has to be the worst Dallas area location I've come across and I work with restaurants and retail on a daily basis for work.
I absolutely love this smoothie king it’s always clean and the service is excellent Trupti she is a very beautiful pleasant young lady who knows my order when I come in daily.
This location of Smoothie King is by far better than any other I have been to. The staff is friendly, the shop is clean, and the smoothies are delicious. Highly recommend! :)
Just left the location at 500 E Round Grove Rd Suite 305, Lewisville, TX 75067 I went in at 8:35pm. I understand the store closes at 9; but by then the store should be broken down already & you should only have a few things left to do . I walked in and the girl sighed (in front of 2 customers she was checking out) and said to them “we close in 20 minutes and people just keep coming in.” ??? WHY WOULD YOU EVER SAY THAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS???Then when they walked out yelled at me across the store and asked if I was ready. Then proceeded to cut me off 2x during my ordering. And slammed things angrily while making them, then slapped them on the counter.I ordered a 20 ounce green tea tango with strawberries and extra matcha. And also a 20 ounce chocolate slim n trim with added strawberries. The slim n trim had wwaaayyyy too many scoops of banana; that’s all you can taste. And the green tea tango literally does not have strawberries. Neither smoothie was drank past halfway.I do not appreciate the fact that I was treated so terribly when I would’ve gotten fired for acting like that. D O B E T T E R
This is definitely one of the best Smoothie King locations! My husband and I goes nearly every single day because of how awesome the staff is and how consistent the smoothies are! They taste great and the employees are knowledgeable about what to put in the smoothies to make them work for our health goals! We love this place!
UPDATE: Definitely not withdrawing my review. I was at this location and have never seen these employees previously. They are rude! If you put as much effort into customer service as you have trying to correct my review,you might be able to reduce some of your other negative reviews about the service. My experience wasn't the only one.New owners or management. Rude and no customer service skills. Definitely will go to a different location rather than spend money here.
Toupti Patel, she is amazing I always call ahead and she has my order prepared, she has great customer service. I highly recommended going to this location!

The team at this smoothie king location was great! Fast, accommodating and so nice. When I accidentally ordered the wrong size they quickly made a new smoothie without hesitation. I will definitely be back!
