I been going to the Lewisville location for about 10yrs now… before the donuts use be so big and fresh, right when the pandemic started the donuts got so smalllll. I’m not exaggerating. And this location never has what other locations have… that’s really crazy, sometimes I want something different. And customer service is usually good but I can tell when I’m getting rushed sometimes
I have to say that normally I’m not very pleased with Shipley’s in the Dallas area. However this one changed all of that! The kolaches were soft and cheesy and the donuts were soft and warm! I’ll definitely make the drive for them again!!
Years ago their donuts where light and fluffy now they're like most other places heavy and dense. But in all fairness the same lady works there is as sweet as can be.
Donuts! My family's Saturday breakfast since I was a child. This place serves the best tasting donuts around. The oil does not overwhelm the taste, donuts are always fresh, and the service is exceptional!

For the lady who worked the counter Friday Aug 6th. I know it's a fast paced business. But, just a few suggestions.•Allow the customer to finish speaking before getting the smallest bag (since I had planned on getting more than 3 items) but decided against it as I knew they wouldn't fit•Don't put the softest item at the bottom of the bag•Never close and roll the top of the bag down tight where it then SQUISHES the donuts
If you’re used to Houston Shipley Do-Nuts then don’t come. These doughnuts were the driest doughnuts I’ve ever had, and tasted like they were at least a few days old.

The staff was pleasant and professional. They always provide service with a nice smile and polite conversation. Very positive experience.
