First time at Rosati's. Pretty busy for Tuesday lunch, 2 tables dining in & people kept walking in for takeout. Ordered a lunch penne & dough nuggets to go. Generous portion of both, was pleasantly surprised. Wish I had mentioned less marinara sauce for the pasta, not well balanced in that aspect. The pasta & dough nuggets taste great. Pasta came with a piece of garlic bread which should've been in the oven longer but was good otherwise. Would recommend if you're in the area!
Our company ordered pizza from Rosati’s today and it was amazing! There was so much good taste and flavor we were all wondering where the pizza came from. I kept asking people and they finally told me Rosati‘s. I had never eaten here before and I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for all the different flavors and combinations of pizzas you brought today!
To the owners, You can not run a chain such as this with 1-2 on staff on a Sunday night. Rosaties makes some good Chicago pizza but this location, this time was not editable. There was only "one" person working and she was nice and helpful but this pizza is burnt! It was lacking a lot of cheese that they normally use on these Chicago deep dish pizzas.
I came at 30 min before closing and thought I would not receive the best pizza but whatever was left from the day… to my surprise it was all FRESH! I was amazed! Outstanding pizza . Ordinarily when you go to an establishment at the end of the day you don’t get the best product- but OMG they debunked that theory entirely! Thank you! That pizza made my night !!I had to add to this review! I ordered pasta to go! That is also (where I’m from) a no no! It was out of this world !
When I tried to place an order for delivery I was told that they wouldn’t let me do so as it “would not be worth it” for them to deliver to me. We are within the delivery radius and we have placed and received deliveries from them 3 times before. This would have been number 4. It seem as though they pick and choose when they like to deliver to us. The word choice that they used to let me know that they couldn’t deliver, was just very unprofessional and left a bad tase in my mouth. As far as the food goes, it was not bad. Definitely get the Italian beef sandwich and thin crust pizza. Wish I could make the overall rating higher. But, the poor customer service experience I received is way more important than how food tastes in my opinion. Overall I probably would not go back after this even if they did decide to deliver to me.

went today for the first time ordered a fettuccine with grilled chicken didn’t really like the taste at all since they added pesto in it. ordered pizza for the kids pizza was okay not so bad. wasnt happy at all
Very good deep dish pizza. Freshly cooked with nice toppings. I liked the desert too.
This Chicagoan is pleased with the eats. Taste very similar to the location back home. They have great pizza and good beef sandwiches. It’s not Portillos beef but they get the job done. The ingredients taste authentic and I’m grateful to have a little slice of an at home fave when I need a fix.
My pizza was Burnt, and I ordered a Cesar's Salad and got Honey Mustard dressing. I ordered Caesar salad with Caesar dressing.Then when I called to let rosati's know, The lady that answered the phone tells me if I wouldn't order an extra crouton in an extra Caesar dressing I would have got no dressing.When you order a Caesar salad and Caesar dressing don't you usually get Caesar dressing?I just want them to refund my credit card or fix the problem I don't usually complain but it took me 3 × 2 get the order right last night and it was over $45.I just want the owner or the manager to call me so we can resolve the issue.When your kids won't eat burnt pizza on a Friday night at 7 and you have to run to McDonald's to get something for them to eat then that's a problem. I must say the large pepperoni in Connecticut pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizza we got was the bomb....
