I can’t even rate the food because we left before we were acknowledged. We stood at the door waiting to be seated for several minutes, the black female bartender looked at us and looked away. If that’s the kind of customer service we’re getting before we even eat, I don’t want to know the kind of service we would have received had we eaten there. We are regulars at the Rockfish in Highland Village, so to see how below par this one is very disappointing.

Previously I gave this location four stars. However, I have to upgrade them to five stars now. The consistency with their customer service is worth another star. The food is great as well.
We have been there for the past 7 weeks and have not had a bad meal. Devany at the Lewisville location has been our waitress and she is awesome. We will continue to go there once a week. We recommend them to everyone.
I love the Santa Fe tacos and the Jalapeño Hush Puppies! I tried The Big Easy drink this time and it was so smooth and delicious! The food never disappoints.
We had very high expectations for this place considering the ratings, but we were severely disappointed with the whole experience.On the outside, it looks very nice and premium... but when you enter, it is like a 180. I've honestly been to Applebee's that are nicer and cleaner... the food was okay, nothing special and overpriced for the quality. 1/3 of the mussels we ordered were just the shell, no meat. The salads... imagine an upgraded one you make from home using a bag of shredded lettuce bought from Walmart sprinkled with cajun seasoning.. the crab cakes were so sad that I think they were seasoned with the salt from the tears of those dishonored crabs themselves. The catfish was breaded okay, but I've had so much better for half the price and double the portions.I truly believe this place is a Long John Silvers' away from closing. Sad to say, but I cannot recommend this place at all unfortunately...
Rockfish The Colony at 121 and Hebron. Went there last Saturday with friends for my wife’s birthday. The waiter was young snd new as well as poorly trained. Had to ask for water three times and came after alcoholic drinks were already served. We ordered oysters which came without plates, lemons or diffident crackers to go around. Dinner was fair but the crab salad had little crab and mostly worthless iceberg lettuce. Mahi with shrimp was ok but not over the top by any stretch of the imagination. When we were finished w dinner we stacked the dirty plates which the waiter failed to ever remove as we were finishing our drinks. A manager never came by. Overall it wasn’t worth the $180 dinning experience and it reinforced my opinion after the first time I went there, that it wasn’t that good and overpriced for the service and quality of food. I’ll stick with the other seafood restaurants I. The area over this one
Cajun pasta 10/10Fish and chips 10/10Price 9/10Service - ordered Grubhub and went to the takeout section. Instead of telling me that my order was not even received in the system, the woman at the desk completed ignored me and started helping others. It was only when I asked another staff member I got to find out that my order was never received! Jack was extremely courteous and professional in making sure everything was mitigated. So, except for the rude staff member, service was great. Will def be back to dine in cuz the place looks amazing!
Amazing. A new favorite place! Gumbo, crawfish antouffe and clam chowder is STELLAR AWESOME!
