I just left the restaurant. The server seemed new. He tried his best. At the end we waited for about 15 mins to find a server to get the invoice to leave. The machine was not working for us to pay and just leave. Could not find our server, so I asked another server if she could bring us our invoice so we could pay. Could you believe she said “No, I cannot. But I will find your server”. Walked off and instead of telling the server they want their invoice, she just said they are looking for you. So he walked over and said yes how may I help. Like Wow!!! This is customer service for you people. This is NOT the way to talk to a customer. Instead of saying “yes I can”, even tho she cannot get the invoice she could have said that walked off and let the server know we wanted our check. Just Wow!!!!!
After not being greeted properly with a smile, a joyful welcome, and seated for about 15 minutes without waitstaff taking our order, our waiter finally came by and apologized for the wait. The manager also came by and gave us a free appetizer of our choice for having to wait along with another apology. From that moment on, our waiter made sure every need was met. It was, after all, my birthday dinner (a few days early).
Took my Mom there for her birthday, which she loved. Shrimp-Fest Baby! We went for an early dinner and had to wait a bit but as more staff was arriving for dinner shift it ended up getting better from a service standpoint. We had a great server! (I'm sorry I don't recall her name? Jackie?? ) anyway - great service and very good food!
Definitely not the Red Lobster quality it once was. First time visiting this location. Crazy how large this one is. We had just sat down and hadn't even had a chance to open the menu when our waitress introduced herself and immediately asked us what we wanted to order(drink and food). Felt a little rushed and we were there way before closing time... The food was decent, but the experience just wasn't the Red Lobster experience I've always had in the past.
My husband and I went out for dinner tonight with our two toddler boys. The restaurant seemed short staffed but the staff they had were incredible! Linda was our waitress and made our experience with two young boys a great one. She was intentional, considerate of us having little ones, and did a phenomenal job waiting on us tonight! I’m grateful for people like this who go above and beyond in having a servants heart in such a entitled society now a days. I know staff in general has been hard to come by lately, let alone great ones! The wait time was longer than usual but due to the great waitress and service there they made us feel attended to! Thank you again, made for a relaxing and nice night together!
Worst Dining Experience Ever!!! Arrived told wait was 1 hour, no problem. Seated 40 minutes later, no problem. Greeted by server 10 minutes later, ok. Gave order, drinks, apps, entrees, no problem. Waited 15 minutes, server brought salads and biscuits, no drinks. They came 10 minutes later and the one alcoholic beverage came 30 minutes after it was ordered. Apps came shortly after that, no entrees. After an hour and 5 minutes at the table, no entrees. We were ready to go, server had to be found and told we just wanted to go, so she said entrees were in the window just needed to be packed up. 10 minutes later no entrees. We asked to speak to manager and she hid in the kitchen. Finally coming out 20 minutes after we asked for her and didn’t want explanation to be given or offered, just told us she wasn’t going to charge us. Also, every other customer had been served entrees, even several tables that were sat after us. Service was horrible, manager was useless. I will never go back to this place..waste of 2 and 1/2 hours of a Friday evening.
First time at a Red Lobster We loved the food! Our waiter could have done better, but we understand the staff shortage??♀️ We will certainly be back!
We came here excited to have cheddar bay biscuits and ours meals, but we were met with “ I’m sorry we are waiting for more biscuits to finish baking”. As we wait patiently we place our order, and wait another 40 minutes before our server brought us 3 1/2 biscuits for our party of 3 with our food. Also while we waited we saw our server bring biscuits out to the table across from us and the one behind us. Our food is an entirely different subject entirely, my wife ordered the filet mignon and this is what they say is a 25.99 filet (see attached photo) my food was over cooked shrimp dried out and super salty. A night of excitement for a good time at Red Lobster ended with us vowing not to return to this location.
New menu since last dining at a Red Lobster. Improved!
This location has gone downhill. Service started well but went south after food arrived. Sad.
