I used to love raising canes. Went back recently for the 1st time in forever ! Food was okay but what made the biggest impression was the attitude from the girl in the drive through window. She got my drink wrong and after waiting a couple minutes to be acknowledged I went to hand the drink back and told her the issue. She just slammed the window in my face, leaving me with a drink I didn’t order, and then gives me the correct one without saying anything. Rude!
Good tasting chicken and excellent costumer service. Nice AND fast.Only hitch was that by the time I made it home @ 5 minutes away the hot chicken had sweat so much in the styrofoam that it was soggy not crispy. If the packaging was changed or styrofoam was eliminated in favor of always using boxes, it would make for a better experience.
Good service, the chicken is good, and the food is fresh. While I do like the sauce, it seems a bit over-rated. This is my second time trying Canes I will say it was less of a let down than the first time but I wouldn't go out of my way for Canes as there are a few other chicken places I do like better or that have a better value for the price.
My granddaughter and I went there for lunch. we were greeted by several staff members with a very friendly greeting. after we got our order taken our meal was out to us in minutes. as we left one of the staff members remember our names and said goodbye using them.the place was extremely clean and fully staffed with very enthusiastic workers.
The line was a little long but it went by fast. My problem with todays visit is that the nice young women repeated my order, looked at my order then gave me my bag and I went on my way. I got home opened my box of chicken to find a chicken sandwich instead of a box combo with no slaw, extra fries and two extra sauce. It’s 12:05 and I’m not driving 15-20 minutes one way to get my correct order.
Great food and great service! Went there late a few nights ago after my plane landed late. I was happy to find somewhere with good food that was open late.
often kids lollygagging on drive thru meanwhile customers are left waiting in curbside they should just do away with curbside at this location almost 99% of the time i either have to a) just go in and get or b) call the store because they totally dont check you end up waiting well over 10-15 mins the record is 24 mins smh . They also always forget the canes dipping sauce like the sauce is a must for Cane’s super bland tenders so how do you forget sauce!i say if you dont mind going down just 2 more exits to the Lewisville-Main location they could and should train this location .
Been coming here for a while, at least 10+ visits to this location. Most of the time they are good, but every now and then there is a slipup. On one of my recent visits, my cane sauce cup was only half full and every now and then I’ll get soggy fries and maybe even soggy chicken, on dine in. Mistakes happen, but overall most of the time the order is correct and made well.
Seriously amazing Raising Cane's! Raising Cane's company is probably the only restaurant in the US that can hire great people at every location. The young people that took my order, made sure my order was correct (one of them told the people in the back to redo the order), and packed my order up. Really great employees. Great location! Highly recommended!
Everyone is always very friendly here. They never forget anything in my order and they are very quick to get orders out! The last time I came through the drive-thru they even gave my dog a treat!Definitely try making a sandwich out of their texas toast and chicken fingers... loaded up with their amazing [and possibly addictive] Cane's sauce. And don't forget to order their lemonade plus a side of fries!
