Nothing to really complain about for this location. If there was a place to represent Cane's I'd say the store pretty much does it. I have docked a single star for the fact that that Cane's does have a downside inherent to the chain and that their chicken does tend to have a bit of gristle or tendon from time to time. Love the sauce, household loves of sweet tea, the chicken breading is pretty solid in most cases and their fries are as well.
Absolutely love this place!! Chicken is Sootender, yet crispy..Perfect every time?my family's favorite.
Chicken tenders with extra Cane's sauce. Toast, fries, sweet tea. Life is good. Be good to yourself and a friend and both go to Raising Cane's. If you don't live near one, move!
Loved it!! Raising Cane's is amazing. Their sauce is the best and their sweet tea is really good. Good service and cleanliness. Although their tables aren't all the same height so putting them together doesn't work super well.
the young lady that rang up our order was super sweet and friendly. I believe her name is Elizabeth. Good food and fun atmosphere with the football field right behind the restaurant. We will definitely be returning
When I pulled up to the second window, the two employees inside had all of their attention on a smartphone with my food sitting on the counter next to them. After being completely ignored for several minutes, I honked my horn. No response. I honked again. They both jumped. Then one of them glared at me as if I had done something wrong and slowly opened the window to hand me my beverage. She asked me if I wanted ketchup with a nasty attitude and told me to have a good night with the same tone. No apology for keeping me waiting. I was friendly and polite. I understand that it was a slow night but I don't think that good customer service is too much to ask for. At the very least, pay attention.
Not sure what the problem was but the young lady at the good windows got irritated when I asked for napkins to wipe off the tea on the outside of the cups then threw the bag at me when she brought the rest of the food. Whoever packed the food just threw it in the box. I’m wondering if I’m going to have to drive across town for them now too.
The poor manager of this location just had to deal with a typical Karen, coming in super mad because prices had slightly raised. ?Manager delt with it like a pro. I come here repeatedly, 3 times a week for lunch. Everything is always fresh and done correctly. This is an exemplary location.
Dining room was dirty. Had to clean a table to sit down to eat. We were charged for honey mustard when we asked to sub it for the Cane's sauce. Three of the sodas we tried to get were out of syrup, they were only carbonated water. Fans were on in the dining room while it was 47 degrees outside. It was freezing while we ate. We eat at MANY other locations of Cane's and this one was very under par. Won't go there again. We will drive the extra miles to go to one that is run more like it should be, with the customer in mind! Lewisville fail.
I have no idea why this chain gets good reviews. You could buy better tasting tenders at Walmart than this. Nothing about the food was good, below average at best. Friendly staff but would not recommend the food...
