We stopped at the other location on Main Street to buy dinner for mom. I asked the wife if she wanted some dinner, buy she didn't say a peep. So we leave to go home and I offer up Chick-fil-A and now she wants Popeyes. The other location had a significant quantity of fresh chicken and the customer service was great. We didn't want to drive back, so we stopped at Round Grove road location. Drive thru was full and we didn't want to eat in the car, so we decided to eat in. All the employees were friendly and helpful. We order chicken, beans, rice, biscuits, and fries. All of our food was really good. I wish that they provided paper towels over a blower to dry my hands, but so many companies are using blowers these days. Restaurant and restroom were clean. I've been to some locations during busy periods and the cleanliness was not of the same standard as this location. We enjoyed a great experience and the value was exceptional. I'll be ready to eat at those locations anytime I'm in Lewisville. Great job team!
Excellent and hard working staff. We showed up right as they were closing (unaware of the time). Not only did they take our order, which the average fast food worker would tell us they're closed and send us away. They also got our order correct and were friendly the whole time, no attitude. The night crew deserves a raise. I never leave reviews, EVER, but I had to in this instance, I was that impressed.
Around 10:20am on 2/8/22 I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a side of macaroni. They informed me the receipts were not printing.... So by the time I got home I realized they never gave me my fries. I attempted calling twice but no one answered. By the time I started heading to my side of town I forgot to stop by and ask for the fries I did not receive?. Just check your food before you drive off or just go to Chick-fil-A ?
Food is still good although prices seem to be a bit high. It appears that's the trend with everything now. Just check their website for coupon deals. I do miss their dirty rice. Used to be one ofy favorite.
Great hard workers team . really fast. Cordial nice with the good smile and deliciously enjoyment menus.. Love it i went on my 30 minutes brake and i did have my order faster like never before on others places. Great work. Congratulations for the team. They do smile!. Love it. I did Deliciously. Cohesive crew, got our order done right n quickly. There's nothing like Popeye's rice and beans and mac and cheese, and of course their chicken is outstanding
The outside may be worn down but the food is still delicious! They work really hard and fast to give you the food

If you haven’t tried a Popeyes Seasoned Turkey, you’re missing out on one of the juiciest, tastiest, fall off the bone turkey experiences you will EVER have in your life. You pick it up, it’s frozen solid, but I cook mine in an Oster Roaster to perfection. Follow the directions for the roaster oven and you’ll serve the perfect turkey every time. Kudos to the Manager at the FM 3040, Lewisville Popeyes - they always have ample supply for customers. I usually get 2 turkeys. I’ve never been able to get as much as a giblet from the Main St, Lewisville Popeyes.
It is a good fast food chicken place. It's clean and food is good. Drive thru is very slow. I recommend going inside
